Every corner of this town‑home is arranged for easy, relaxed family living, with the resort’s slide‑filled pool and lazy river just a short walk away.



Sleeping arrangements

- Master bedroom: king‑size bed with an ensuite bathroom.

- Bedroom 2: bunk bed configuration (twin over full) with an additional trundle bed, perfect for younger guests.

- Bedroom 3: king‑size bed.

Both upstairs bedrooms share a full‑size bathroom, giving everyone space and privacy.

The full kitchen features stainless‑steel appliances, coffee and teas, and everything needed for simple meals. A breakfast nook tucked into the kitchen and a spacious indoor dining area provide comfortable spots for family breakfasts and shared dinners.

The large living area comfortably accommodates the whole family, with plenty of room for games, movies, or quiet reading. A free washer and dryer are available for hassle‑free stays.



Neighborhood & convenience

Located in Davenport’s beautiful Regal Palms community, you’re just off I‑4 and I‑192, a short drive from Disney World and other major Orlando attractions. The Orlando Airport is about 40 minutes away, making arrivals and departures straightforward.



Practical details

A mandatory resort fee of $22.40 per day covers up to ten wristbands for community amenities, whether you use them or not. The resort will provide a maximum of ten wristbands at guest services.

Guest Access:

IMPORTANT There is a resort fee of $22.40 including tax per day for 10 people/wrist bands. $22.40 PER DAY Please note that the resort fee is mandatory and applicable whether amenities are used or not. RESORT WILL PROVIDE 10 WRIST BANDS MAX AT GUEST SERVICES.

Situated next to the Highlands Reserve Golf Club, and just minutes from the excitement Orlando has to offer,



Getting Around:

Feel safe & right at home as you enter the gated community with 24-hour security guard. Private double driveway that fits (2) cars.



Other Things to Note:

The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. We ensure that our cleaners are committed to the highest standards of cleanliness.



A damage protection option is required for all reservations and is processed through our third-party system prior to arrival. The available options depend on the length of your stay:

-For 1-Night Reservations: Guests are required to provide a $250 refundable security deposit. This is a pre-authorized hold (not a charge) that is released following a damage-free inspection after checkout.

-For Reservations of 2 Nights or More: Guests may choose between the $250 refundable security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver of $20 per night (capped at a maximum of $100). This waiver covers accidental damages beyond normal wear and tear.



Please be reminded that check-out time is 10AM. In order to prepare our property for the next guests, housekeeping is scheduled to arrive promptly upon check-out. Late check-outs affect housekeeping schedules and future guest reservations. In the event you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time, you may incur a fee of up to $300.



It is a self-catering home, therefore, we do not refill any supplies during your stay. Each bathroom will have shampoo/conditioner, body wash, a single roll of toilet paper, and hand soap. In the laundry room we provide enough detergent pods for UP TO two (2) loads. In the kitchen, a paper towel roll, a couple of trash bags, dishwashing detergent, and sponge. There is a coffee maker, however coffee is not. Salt/pepper and cooking oil are available for use. If anything is missing, please let us know immediately upon check in so we can arrange restocking.
