Living Area: Large living area that can accommodate the entire family. Breakfast nook located in the kitchen, and a dining area available to sit down and share meals together. Off the living room is a small patio with outdoor seating for 2.

Kitchen: Coffee and teas available. Full kitchen equipped with everything you might need to make simple meals.

Downstairs

Master bedroom has king-size bed and an ensuite bathroom.

Bedroom 2 Bunk bed (twin over full + trundle bed)

Both bedrooms share a full-size bathroom.

Getting Around:
Feel safe & right at home as you enter the gated community with 24-hour security guard. Private double driveway that fits (2) cars.

Other Things to Note:
The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. We ensure that our cleaners are committed to the highest standards of cleanliness.

Please be reminded that check-out time is 10AM. In order to prepare our property for the next guests, housekeeping is scheduled to arrive promptly upon check-out. Late check-outs affect housekeeping schedules and future guest reservations. In the event you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time, you may incur a fee of up to $300.

It is a self-catering home, therefore, we do not refill any supplies during your stay. Each bathroom will have shampoo/conditioner, body wash, a single roll of toilet paper, and hand soap. In the laundry room we provide enough detergent pods for UP TO two (2) loads. In the kitchen, a paper towel roll, a couple of trash bags, dishwashing detergent, and sponge. There is a coffee maker, however coffee is not. Salt/pepper and cooking oil are available for use. If anything is missing, please let us know immediately upon check in so we can arrange restocking.
