The Space:

Sunlight streams through the living room windows, inviting you to unwind after a day of theme‑park thrills. The open layout lets the kids splash in the nearby pool while you sip a cold drink on the small patio that seats two. A short drive drops you at Disney World and other Orlando attractions, with easy access to I‑4 and I‑192.



Sleeping arrangements

The master bedroom features a king‑size bed and an ensuite bathroom, perfect for a restful night. Bedroom 2 offers a bunk bed with a twin over a full, ideal for younger guests. Bedroom 3 provides a queen‑size bed, giving each space its own comfort. The two secondary bedrooms share a full‑size bathroom, and the home includes an additional half‑bath, totaling 2.5 bathrooms for the group.



Living area & outdoor space

A spacious living area accommodates the whole family, with a comfortable seating arrangement for movie nights or board games. Adjacent to the living room, a small patio with outdoor seating for two offers a quiet spot for morning coffee. The community’s amenity center adds a pool with a slide, a lazy river, an indoor playground, a gym, a restaurant/bar, and an ice‑cream shop—all within the gated Regal Palm Resort & Spa.



Kitchen & dining

The full kitchen is equipped with stainless‑steel appliances, coffee and tea supplies, and everything needed for simple meals. A breakfast nook in the kitchen and a generous indoor dining area make it easy to share meals together.



Conveniences

Free washer and dryer are available for your laundry needs. The home is located in the beautiful Regal Palms community, providing easy access to the clubhouse and all shared amenities. A resort fee of $22.40 per day, including tax, applies for up to ten wristbands, regardless of amenity use.

Set in Davenport, the property is just 40 minutes from Orlando International Airport, making arrivals and departures smooth. The proximity to major highways means you’re a short drive from Disney World, Universal Studios, and other Orlando attractions, while the gated community offers a peaceful retreat after a busy day.

Guest Access:

During your stay, you will have complete and exclusive access to the entire home and complementary access to resort amenities. IMPORTANT There is a resort fee of $22.40 including tax per day for 10 people/wrist bands. $22.40 PER DAY Please note that the resort fee is mandatory and applicable whether amenities are used or not. RESORT WILL PROVIDE 10 WRIST BANDS MAX AT GUEST SERVICES.

Getting Around:

Feel safe & right at home as you enter the gated community with 24-hour security guard. Private double driveway that fits (2) cars.



Other Things to Note:

The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. We ensure that our cleaners are committed to the highest standards of cleanliness.



A damage protection option is required for all reservations and is processed through our third-party system prior to arrival. The available options depend on the length of your stay:

-For 1-Night Reservations: Guests are required to provide a $250 refundable security deposit. This is a pre-authorized hold (not a charge) that is released following a damage-free inspection after checkout.

-For Reservations of 2 Nights or More: Guests may choose between the $250 refundable security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver of $20 per night (capped at a maximum of $100). This waiver covers accidental damages beyond normal wear and tear.



Please be reminded that check-out time is 10AM. In order to prepare our property for the next guests, housekeeping is scheduled to arrive promptly upon check-out. Late check-outs affect housekeeping schedules and future guest reservations. In the event you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time, you may incur a fee of up to $300.



It is a self-catering home, therefore, we do not refill any supplies during your stay. Each bathroom will have shampoo/conditioner, body wash, a single roll of toilet paper, and hand soap. In the laundry room we provide enough detergent pods for UP TO two (2) loads. In the kitchen, a paper towel roll, a couple of trash bags, dishwashing detergent, and sponge. There is a coffee maker, however coffee is not. Salt/pepper and cooking oil are available for use. If anything is missing, please let us know immediately upon check in so we can arrange restocking.
