Nice little getaway for my family. My young kids enjoyed the lazy river and water slide at the pool. The hosts were excellent and responded quickly to my queries. We would definitely stay there again!

The house was good for what we needed it for. Only issue was there was a ladder by the washer and dryer and a kids it was a bit of a safety concern. I messaged but think it got mixed in w other communications I just moved it to a room the kids wouldn’t use to avoid if falling.

Our stay was fantastic. The place was clean and the amenities were fantastic. The host was very communcative and ensured we had a way to contact them directly should any issues arise. Fortunately none did and we were able to relax and enjoy our stay worry free!

There was 4 in our group and we were visiting from Canada for a dance competition. This place/unit was excellent. It was very clean and had all the amenities as if you were home. The resort itself was excellent as well. Used the pool and had a few drinks at their bar, friendly and very helpful staff. For those that prefer to have their own groceries, there is a grocery store walking distance just outside the resort. The hosts Juan and Marisol were great. We had great communication throughout and great instructions which made checking in and out a smooth process. I would definitely stay here again. Thank you Juan and Marisol!Regards,Jeff

Everything was exactly how we expected. The house was clean and as described in profile. Close to many shops including grocery stores, coffee shops and fast food. Short distances to Disney parks. Communication was clear and I knew what to expect upon check in. Owners were very friendly and easy to contact if needed. The amenities were also clean and enjoyable. We would definitely stay here again.

The host are amazing.They answered my questions right away. The house was beautiful and fit everyone perfectly. They had supplies for us to use for pool which was super helpful as we did not need to go stores or bring items.

The townhouse fit my family for weekend! 1 bedroom on the first floor and the other 3 rooms upstairs. Juan was super quick to reply if I had a question about anything. It was great for our Mothers Day weekend. With it being so hot in Florida sometimes, it was a little too far to walk to the pool so we did have to drive everyone to the pool. The pool(s) were all close to each other and the lazy river was a hit for everyone. The kids kept busy on the water slide and lazy river. Ages ranged from 4-9 for the kids. Can not bring your own drinks to the pool though. They have a bar and grill at the pool. Prices are not bad and the bartenders were great. Overall it was a great weekend getaway!

Thank you for your feedback. Issues listed above have been addressed and corrected as follows: •TVs were checked and we noticed that in one of them, the cables (HDMI and cable box) were switched to different inputs, (more likely previous guests plugging in game consoles) and another TV was in the wrong channel for input. Not blaming anyone; anybody could've hit the channel - button by accident; even the cleaners. •Front door operation instructions are detailed in our Check-in messages. We were always available for assistance. •The blind and the dish washing soap has been discussed with the cleaning crew: The blinds are plastic and subject to constant use, wear, tear, and they will break. They are replaced as soon as us or the cleaning crew notice a broken one. We strive to give our guests the best experience for their money and we make ourselves available for assistance at anytime. Loved it!! It was amazing. Everything is literally right there, they have a water park and an arcade so you really can enjoy yourself and don't have to leave the resort unless you want different food but there are plenty of restaurants nearby. 10/10 would highly recommend!!!

We had the best time! This place was spacious, clean and A/C was great!! (Juan & Marisol) was great with communication and letting us know everything we needed to know from start to finish. Any questions we had, they was quick to respond and would go the extra mile to try to help and answer any questions! Our family of 7 had plenty of room and having 3 bathrooms was a nice perk! Kitchen was well equipped. Washer and dryer was an other added bonus! Very nice resort pools and amenities! We would definitely stay here again!
