The Space:

* **Kitchen & Dining:** Prepare delicious meals in the newly renovated and fully equipped kitchen, featuring modern stainless steel appliances and elegant dishware. Enjoy them at the dedicated dining table or take the meal outside for alfresco dining on the patio.

* **Bedrooms & Bathrooms:** This home comfortably sleeps four guests across two serene bedrooms. The main bedroom offers a large bed and direct patio access, while the second bedroom contains two comfortable twin beds. Two full bathrooms provide convenience and privacy for all guests.

* **Private Patio:** Your own private outdoor space includes a barbecue grill, perfect for enjoying the beautiful desert weather.

* **Conveniences:** Stay connected with high-speed Wi-Fi and enjoy the convenience of an in-unit washer and dryer. We also provide complimentary coffee to start your day right.

* **Family-Friendly:** Traveling with little ones? A highchair and Pack ‘n Play are available upon request at no extra charge.



Guest Access:

You will have exclusive and private access to the entire two-bedroom, two-bathroom home and your personal patio with a BBQ grill.



As our guest, you also receive full access to the shared amenities within the gated community, including:

* A relaxing hot tub/spa

* Community tennis courts



Getting Around:

*** CITY REQUIREMENTS: ***

In compliance with City of Palm Springs regulations, the primary renter must provide a copy of a government-issued ID, submit the license plate numbers for all vehicles parked at the property, and sign a required rental agreement prior to check-in; all adult occupants must also confirm that they have read the City’s Good Neighbor Brochure. *Verification and contracts are submitted through an alternate page called SuiteOp after confirmation of reservation**



*** Early Check-in / Late Check-out: We are happy to offer flexible arrival and departure times, when possible, for an additional fee of $25 per hour. Please request this service in advance.



*** CANCELLATION POLICY:** Please be advised that a 5% service charge applies to all refunds to cover non-refundable credit card processing fees. Refer to the platform's cancellation policy for specific refund amounts and timelines.

* 100% refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking.

* 50% refund for cancellations made at least 30 days before check-in.

* No refund for cancellations made within 30 days of check-in."



*** ADDITIONAL CLEANING REQUIREMENTS: *** To maintain the exceptional condition of the home, reservations of 45 consecutive nights or longer require a mandatory mid-stay cleaning at $150.00 per service (linen laundering not included), in addition to the departure cleaning fee. If a mid-term reservation is extended and becomes subject to this requirement, the applicable cleaning fee(s) will be added accordingly and reflected on the guest's final post-checkout invoice.

*** Because life is unpredictable, we strongly encourage all guests to purchase travel insurance to protect their investment. Once a reservation is confirmed, we offer guests the option to purchase travel insurance, which can provide coverage in the event of unforeseen circumstances.
