The condo was as pictured!! Very clean easy check-in process. We had a great time even though the weather wasn’t great. We would definitely stay there again. My only suggestion would be hooks or towel bars in bathrooms. There absolutely no where to hang your towels.

Beautiful and clean condo with great view. We enjoyed our stay. Suggestions: Be sure remote controls batteries are working. We couldn't watch TV the first 24 hours. Also, advise upfront that renters have to pay extra for parking. It is not included in rental price. We would not have rented had we known that. Location was great.

I have stayed at several different places in PCB, this is by far my favorite place!! Don’t let the price fool you, we wasn’t expecting this place to be nowhere near as nice as it was from the price we paid. This place was nothing less than awesome! Great view, very clean, plenty of linen, everything you need other than food and drink! We definitely give it 5 stars and will be booking again every summer!!

The condo was perfect. It was immaculately clean, nicely decorated and it had everything we needed there. Check in/check out process were very easy and smooth. The pool and hot tub were very clean and heated only to a temperature that it didn’t take your breath being too cold but still refreshing. The view from our balcony was amazing. The balcony is very private the way it sits back and with comfortable patio furniture. It’s close to everything yet away from the party crowd. We rented a golf cart right across the street and our girls loved that. The condo is in the perfect location. We had an amazing time and will definitely book this property again.

Check in process was easy. Unit is right when you get off of the elevator - making loading/unloading convenient. Would recommend.

Can’t wait to return! Blue Swell was so easy to communicate with and made every process a breeze. We have been avid west end stayers for 15 years but this property revived my love for the east end! Have already referred my friends to book as well. Thank you for taking the stress out of traveling!

Beautiful

Place was beautiful. First 2 days the cable wouldn’t work for some reason. It wasn’t that big a deal just looking for local news and Weather there. The coffee pot leaked really bad. We had to keep it propped up on the front to minimize the leak. Overall no real complaints.

The room was clean, the host was on top of all communication. I got several welcome text from them, reminder of check out. This condo was stocked in the kitchen with everything you could ever need, Cudos to the owners. I packed things from home and never had to use them. Beach view is great, but I will be honest and say if you want to see sunrise and sunset from the balcony, you can not. But we just walked to the beach or pool deck. The walk to the beach is very close and they have a little walk rug down part of the way to beach. You can not go wrong with this stay here I 110% recommend it. Your on the 9th floor but elevator is right there at your room and hubby was worried about noise from that but we heard nothing. The watercrest allows no radios at the pool, security at the pool is tight. The two free chair rentals is a huge savings. The parking fee was like 57.00 the time we stayed. I left honest review to maybe help others.

We love staying at Watercrest and 906 did not disappoint. King bed was very comfortable in master. Nice washer & dryer was handy. The large and deep balcony was great, comfortable furniture and beautiful views. A few notes: The main blender on counter was not working. A cheaper one was found in cabinets and served the purpose. Unit needs towel hangers/bars/hooks in bathrooms. There is nowhere to hang a towel! The baths appeared to be freshly painted, so possibly they have just not installed these yet. Overall, very nice stay!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This unit was very nice. The furniture is comfortable and bedrooms are a good size. Didn't feel cramped even with 8 people in our group. The balcony is pretty big too. The only thing I wish was different is the furniture on the balcony. The couch out there was great but some taller chairs would have been nice so that you could see the ocean without having to stand up. The pool was nice too. Overall it was a pleasant experience and we would definitely stay here again.

Great condo! This is the second time staying in this condo and it’s big enough for our family, beautiful view from the balcony. The only thing different this year than the last time is that on top of the rental for the condo we had to pay for parking. The time before this, they provided a parking pass. Either way, it is great and we will stay again.

The condo was very nice. There was something on the shower curtain in the master bathroom that kinda grossed me out but overall the place was clean. Blue Swell was great to work with and responded very quickly to my questions. Provided lots of bath towels. My disappointment was with the building more than anything. One day we had no water, after our second day there one elevator stopped working and we were told it would be down until middle of July (we waited a long time for elevators after that point), the pool is not big enough for the complex and there are not enough tables and loungers near the pool, they also stopped putting the umbrellas up at the tables around the pool (I asked security about it and they said that was maintenance’s job), there was work being done in the room above us so all we heard was hammering and drilling and such from 7am-9pm, other guests playing super loud music on their balcony (one night with flashing lights), other units must have allowed smoking on the balcony because we could smell cigarette smoke and marijuana. The individual condo was beautiful and clean (other than the shower curtain liner in master bath). Like I said Blue Swell was great to work with.
