We invite you to come take in the extraordinary views from this 11th floor beachfront unit at Watercrest Condominiums on the East end of Thomas Drive. The master bedroom features a king bed, private bathroom, and access to the stunning balcony views of the perfect white sand and crystal blue waters. The second bedroom features 2 full beds with access to the second bathroom directly adjacent to the room. The common area hosts a sleeper sofa as well, allowing the unit to sleep 8 total.

Watercrest is located on the east end of Thomas Drive in the Lower Grand Lagoon section of Panama City Beach. Great Restaurants like Pineapple Willy's, Patches, Schooner's, Dat Cajun Place, The Grand Marlin, Captain Anderson's, Andy's Flour Power and J Michael's make dining out super easy while on vacation in the area.

St. Andrews State Park is 5 mins away and the family can enjoy hiking, sunbathing, and numerous activities at the beach area of the state park. The St. Andrews Marina is just 10 mins away and fishing excursions and dolphin tours are bookable on any given day. For the golfers in the group there are numerous golf courses just 15 mins away.

The condo is stocked with Bed linens, bath towels, wash clothes, kitchen towels, a couple of garbage bags and starter toilet paper, paper towels and courtesy soaps (you restock these items for your group during your stay). The kitchen is stocked with the essential pots and cooking pans, toaster, coffee pot, dishwasher, microwave, stove and fridge.

With a booking at one of our Rent My Beach Place Watercrest units you will receive up to 2 parking passes and 8 resort bands with your rental.

Very nice place

We really enjoyed our stay at this condo! Perfect access to the beach, loved that this place had 2 refrigerators, perfect size for our little family.. an upgrade to kitchen cookware wouldn't hurt but we had plenty to get by with.

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

Watercrest 1102 is a beautifully decorated 2 BR 2 BA Gulf of Mexico beachfront condo. Watercrest offers a heated pool during fall, winter and spring. The complex has a tennis court, pickle ball area, shuffleboard and bocce ball area. The hand ball court is currently closed until summer of 2023.
Watercrest is located on the quiet side of Thomas drive and the complex has a Tiki Hut for snacks in the pool area that is open from Mid March to Late Sept.
The best restaurants in PCB are located within a short walk down the beach or a short car ride down Thomas Drive.

Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?

Watercrest is located on the quiet end of PCB near the State Park and just steps from Schooner's which is the perfect lunch time or dinner destination when you need a break from the beach. It's just a short walk down the beach.

Watercrest provides guest with large spacious beaches and the property will provide amenities that the entire family will enjoy. We have a tennis court, heated pool, hot tub, kiddie pool, large pool deck for relaxing along with a Pickle ball area, bocce ball area and shuffleboard area.

We provide starter rolls of toilet paper and paper towels. Guest replenish these items for their stay. We provide bath towels and wash clothes and units have a washer and dryer inside each unit. You provide beach towels. Reach out with any other questions.
