For a fan of culture, color and setting this Casita checks all the boxes. What a pleasure. I had to work a bit while there and the WiFi is right as rain. The owner responded to every correspondence quickly and the stay couldn't have been nicer. Totally recommend this place to those needing a stay in Tucson. Every detail has been addressed so your stay is very enjoyable. Thanks for having me.

Beautiful Casita

A great little Hacienda Hideout. We enjoyed our stay there. Very peaceful and a beautiful patio. A lot of fun things to do in the area.

Wonderful Weekend Getaway

Nancy was a fabulous host and went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable. The location of the property was amazing, with Saguaro National Park and other beautiful sites just a short drive away. Highly recommend staying here for a relaxing long weekend away!

This is truly one of the most amazing places I have ever stayed. Fully equipped and very private. Feels like a desert paradise away from it all. But so close to shopping and all the Tucson attractions. Wonderful hosts. My second visit and I will be back!

We had a great stay at Hacienda Hideout. The peaceful, quiet location is also convenient to great hiking trails as well as the numerous amenities of Tucson. Nancy and Patrick are super hosts. They keep the Hideout clean and well equipped and the comfortable furnishings and the private back patio made for a welcome stay. We’ll be back!

Cute and cozy Casita

This is such a lovely place and in a wonderful quiet location. But still very easy to get places around Tucson. Hosts were lovely. We enjoyed our time and would certainly go again if we go back to Tucson

Wonderful stay in the Tucson desert

We spent a week here over the Chistmas break. The place is fantastic, with awesome views. It is quiet, with lots of wildlife around. The house has everything one can dream of. The hosts were very welcoming and helpful. We hope to be back!

Simply PERFECT

I had the most wonderful stay here. As a solo female traveler, I felt incredibly safe and Nancy and Patrick were the kindest of hosts. The home was clean, quiet, cozy, and had everything I needed. I was just a short drive from all my Tucson must sees. I loved, loved, loved staying here!

I selected the Casita for my stay in Tucson because I prefer peace and quiet, and that's what I got. I don't need fast-food or convenience stores across the street. This place is beautiful and comfortable and just what I wanted, and the host, Nancy, is attentive and welcoming but in no way a pest! I can't imagine a better desert vacation. I was here on a short trip but would love to come back and spend a week or two just soaking in tranquility.

Casita in the foothills

Patrick and Nancy were readily available to answer any questions and are super nice folks. The interior is comfortable and decorated with a southwestern/cowboy theme. The casita sits among saguaro cactus, which is a treat.

Casita in the Sonoran desert west with views

The casita was beautiful, well maintained. Excellent, quiet wildlands with hummingbirds, flickers, singing white wing doves, cottontails and 'songs' of coyotes overnight. The hosts were very cordial and friendly. We will return!

Desert Hideaway

The Hacienda Hideout Casita was a wonderful place to stay! So many personal touches were involved with making the casita a true home away from home. We thoroughly enjoyed having coffee on the porch with the hummingbirds visiting and even saw a javelina passing through! The Casita had everything that we needed to cook a quiet meal and relax in between adventuresas well! We are so glad that we found this little desert hideaway.

Delightful retreat, a perfect getaway

My husband and I spent 5 nights here and it was the perfect retreat with everything we needed for a lovely getaway. The hosts are gracious and helpful, the decor is charming, everything was fastidiously clean and neat and ready for us. We were please to have wifi and TV, but we loved the landscape and porch-patio best. The hummingbirds were frequent visitors. We enjoyed begging close to the Desert Museum and good hiking and birding spots as well as great golf.

The Perfect Desert Getaway

This charming hacienda exceeded all our expectations. The sweeping views of the desert landscape out the large picture windows are breathtaking. Nancy and Patrick are so welcoming and made sure we had everything we needed to make our stay special. We even extended our stay for extra days because we hated to leave. Most of the sights we wanted to see in Tucson were within easy driving distance. I highly recommend this as the perfect place to stay if you enjoy a quiet, secluded desert getaway!

Exactly what we were hoping for...

We visit Tucson regularly and wanted to be out of town, enjoy the desert and be near hiking trails this time and this fit the bill. Nancy’s place is a magical spot. Quiet, private and relaxing. And the shower was the bomb!! Nancy was easy, pleasant and responsive to communicate with but also respected our privacy.

Exceptional!

This is a lovely and cozy hacienda. Excellent setting, easy to get to, yet quiet and feels remote. Nancy and Patrick were exceptionally accommodating, even saved us late one night when we dropped the house keys in the dark! For a small unit, it has a very roomy kitchen with everything you need, and we very much appreciated the washer/dryer in the house. This is a very nice little house that I would highly recommend.
