The 3 levels allow for ample room to spread out and enjoy all the villa has to offer, including a gourmet kitchen, heated saltwater pool & outdoor shower, elevator for easy access to all levels, fireplace, game room, and a luxurious primary suite with a private balcony and ocean views.

Level One:
Step into the open concept fully stocked gourmet kitchen, dining and spacious living room. It includes an induction stovetop, a fireplace, and a smart TV. The sliding doors open to a heated saltwater pool and outdoor living space with a gas grill (propane provided). Walk to the beach just steps away with all the provided necessary beach gear and rinse off in the outdoor shower complete with hot water and luxury paraben-free personal care products.

Level Two:
Enjoy luxury living for your guests on this level, offering 3 private king guest rooms, a full bathroom off the hallway, and a powder room. This level also features a laundry room with a full-sized washer and dryer.

Level Three:
The upper level treats you to breathtaking views, featuring the primary suite with a king bed, a large ensuite floor-to-ceiling marble bathroom, a game room complete with foosball and shuffleboard, and a huge private balcony with ocean views!

There is a Pet Fee of $150 per pet. When you reserve, please be sure to indicate if you will have animals with you. This is REQUIRED. By booking with your dog or dogs, you are agreeing that you have reviewed and agree to the following guidelines:
Maximum limit allowed: 3 dogs
NO aggressive or unsocialized dogs will be permitted to stay on the property.
Must be completely house-trained or kept in a kennel when left alone.

Our beach communities are incredibly welcoming to animals. Due to our wonderful weather most of the year, you can easily take your furry friend to many restaurants or bars with outdoor seating available, and they will provide them with water and head pats.


POOL HEATER WINTER MONTHS
The pool heaters are electric and draw in heat from the outside air that has been warmed by the sun. Heat pump pool heaters work efficiently if the outside temperature remains above the 45–50ºF range. When we experience lows below 45º, the heaters will not be able to reach a comfortable temperature for swimming. Though we rarely see temperatures with lows below 45º, it can happen in the winter months. Thank you for understanding.
