All cabinets have pull outs for easy access to pots, pans, and food.

Upstairs Bedrooms: #1 Master has a king bed, Smart TV #2 has a queen bed Smart TV, #3 has bunk beds with a twin on top and full on the bottom. Home sleeps a total of 8 people. More if you want to use air mattresses. (Extra charge after 8 per stay)

House Rules:
Disclaimer: By accepting this reservation, you are holding the owner harmless from any accidents or injury on the property, or any accidents or injury from hot tub/pool. THERE IS ABSOLUTELY NO DIVING FROM ANY PART OF THE POOL, GROTTO OR SLIDE!! ONLY ONE PERSON AT A TIME IS ALLOWED TO GO DOWN THE SLIDE!! The gates around the pool MUST be locked at all times.

No children are to be left unattended in or by the pool at all times.

This is a residential neighborhood and we expect our guests to respect their surroundings.

Please be advised quiet time is from 10pm- 8am while outside.
Music is allowed at a considerate volume.

Again, this is a family friendly neighborhood and we have to respect those around us, music will echo to other neighbors yards and there will be a fine.

We would like you to enjoy your time at our home we ask that you respect your surroundings.

POOL/SPA

Please Note:
The spa is turned on remotely and you will need to text us to let us know an hour before you would like to use it. Pool temp can vary depending on weather conditions.

PLEASE DO NOT TOUCH THE POOL EQUIPMENT OUTSIDE.
It will disable the system causing nothing to work.
It is common to see debris at times in the pool.
The pool vacuum will grab it or you can use the skimmer if you want to manually do it. We have pool service every Tuesday between 8am - 2pm

The spa is free however when you're not using it, it needs to be shut off so the pool can filter, text and let us know to turn it off or you can turn it off from the controls inside the spa. It's also on a 1hr 30 min timer.

Pool Vacuum must stay in the pool at all times. It may not be removed or disconnected whatsoever otherwise the pool equipment will get air and need to be replaced. Guests will be responsible for replacement if left unplugged or out of pool.

Pool Vacuum:
Do not take the pool vacuum out of the pool (That includes part of the hose or the whole thing). Doing so will damage the pool equipment.
If it happens, we may not be able to fix during your stay. This information is also in the house rules section. If the pool vacuum gets disconnected, please submerge under water to get out the air bubbles before you reconnect.

We do not view them unless there is an issue.

We are a smoke free home, this also includes the front and backyard. This includes vaping and marijuana.

We do not allow ANY events at any time.

Guests listed in the booking are the only guests permitted on the property at all times. NO additional guests permitted. (meaning overnight) There will be a $250 fine per guest per day that is unaccounted for.

We do not allow any pets in the home due to severe allergies, this also includes any service or emotional support animals. Due to severe allergies we are unable to accommodate.

Green bins are only for landscaping. There is a $500 fine for throwing trash in the green bins or recycling bins.
