This spacious 4 bedroom 2.5 bathroom villa is located on a quiet cul-de-sac in a popular gated golf community near East Lake Tohopekaliga (E. Lake Toho), a major lake in the central Florida area. It is just 19 miles from MCO airport, and minutes away from a major shopping center, with many stores, grocers and dining option including a Walmart supercenter less than 4 miles away. Families and like-minded vacationers love the proximity to local attraction such as magic kingdom in the Walt Disley resort (approximately 19 miles) and SeaWorld (aprox. 16 miles). The location is also near major roads and highways like the Florida turnpike.

To the rear of this villa is the 14th green of the 18-holed Remington Golf club. There is also a community tennis court, basketball, baseball, and a fitness track.

The space
This villa overlooks the beautifully landscaped greenery of the Remington Golf club and has water view of one of the many lakes in Remington.

The kitchen is equipped with full size refrigerator, dishwasher, stove, and microwave, as well as essential small appliances such as coffeemaker, toaster, utensils, flatware, serve ware and more. It is perfect for preparation and self-serve meals and snacks. The dining room have a 6-seat traditional wooden dining table in addition to the bar stool style seating at the bar counter. There is also a half bath located on the first floor that can be used as a changing room as it provides direct access to the pool deck. Additionally, there is a laundry room containing a medium size washer and dryer.


The private pool is 5 feet at its deepest end. The deck is furnished with pool lounger and a dining set for you and your family to enjoy the sunny Florida weather. Directly behind the pool deck there is ample green space for everyone to enjoy.

All the bedrooms and two additional baths are located on the second floor. The primary bedroom is very spacious and features a flatscreen TV, a king size bed and an ensuite bathroom containing double sinks a separate toilet room, a spacious standup shower and a garden tub. Bedroom number two and three are also furnished with king beds. Bedroom number four is perfect is perfect for accompanying, children. It features a low-profile bunkbed an additional twin bed. Each of the bedrooms have wall mounted TVs and ceiling fans for ease of climate control. The second floor also boasts beautiful views of the golf club greenery and the lake—especially at sunset.
