Beautiful Luxury Home of Shorewood Suites A+B

Summary:
This Entire luxury home is perfect for a Milwaukee stay! Full of amenities and great location close to the wedding venue The Atrium. It has 5 bedrooms, loft & 3 baths. Large kitchen, dining area and 3 living rooms areas. The bedrooms are perfect for a couple retreats each with a plush king bed. There is a lot of extra sleeping room with 3 sectionals and two extra queen beds. Rest on the most comfortable cotton sheets and down comforters. Ask about parking and backyard patio for grilling.

The Space:
Our space is warm and comfortable with many luxuries. The Entire house has three floors of a duplex with four good sized bedrooms each having a king bed. There is also two queen beds with headboards (one in loft, one in first floor bedroom) in home and three sectional couches with sheets provided and blankets. Since this is a multi-suite unit house, we expect a max number of guests per each unit based on what was defined in the accepted requests. We provide towels and basics of coffee, creamer, spices and filtered drinking water. See our welcome letter which discusses where the common items are usually to be stored and where backup supplies, emergencies requirements and daily essentials are kept. We do have a laundry washer and dryer in the basement if an emergency occurs.

The Neighborhood:
Shorewood is a great neighborhood and convenient location only a few blocks from Lake Michigan. Only 6 minutes to downtown yet next door dinning and social activities. We are very close only 1 block to the wedding venue “The Atrium”. We are a Wedding favorite destination to The Atrium since the walk is extremely close. Local parks within walking distance including the Atwater beach. If your looking for an easy place for coffee and great food, just around the corner is the Citi Market which is a weekly stop for us. Additionally, Shorewood has both Oakland ave. and Downer ave. for many dinning, markets and entertainment options.

Getting Around:
Getting around the city is very easy with uber, rail and local public transportation. Its an 8 minute uber ride to city center Milwaukee. The neighborhood has many restaurants, bars, parks, shops, grocery store and beach all in an easy 5-10 min walk.

Must read house rules prior! See house rules which is very detailed information about the home. We ask you confirm you read it and agree to the set rules before an approved request. Please note this is not an infant friendly home as it is a rental property and certain safety measures are not in place. Please be respectful of the house and other tenants at all times.

Interaction with Guests:
We will provide you a code access and provide you with a welcome letter of instructions to common use of items like the TV and lights. We provide you with contacts for common questions and emergency reach outs. We do have third party service provider lined up approved to assist most repairs and maintenance. We are available via phone and text to guide or answer any home questions.
