Majestueux manoir anglais en briques rouges situé sur un boulevard prestigieux, à quelques pâtés de maisons du lac Michigan et du parc. Les chambres formelles sont ornées de beaux plafonds en plâtre, de belles boiseries et de parquet. Le troisième étage a été récemment terminé en un grand espace de divertissement ouvert avec une salle de bain complète. L'air central existe partout. La propriété comprend une grande cour arrière privée ainsi qu'une maison de coach avec un appartement d'une chambre. Si nécessaire, la maison des entraîneurs peut être louée pour un supplément de 200 $ par nuit.

Great Weekend!

Myself and a group of guys stayed here last weekend, and it was a fantastic spot. Lots of space and a great outdoors area as well as a great location. I would recommend this place to any groups looking for a place in Milwaukee.

Great stay!

This was an amazing home! It was beautiful, clean, well apportioned, as advertised, and great location. We were a group of 7 adults and had plenty of room and bathrooms. The outside patio was lovely. Walking distance to cafes and restaurants. Would highly recommend and would stay here again.

Impressive home great for groups

The home was just lovely and is well setup for groups. Ajoy is a wonderful and very considerate host. Oh and that hot tub, fantastic! I would love to stay here again, thank you Ajoy!

Huge, eclectic, comfortable, and fun!

Ajoy's property was great! I hosted my bachelor party there and found the place perfect for the 10 of us. Each floor seemed to offer a different experience and the ample bed and bathroom spaces were extremely useful. I'd definitely recommend to any large group coming to Milwaukee - and make sure you plug in the karaoke machine!

Room For The Whole Family

Eight of us slept there, 15 of us hung out and celebrated Christmas. It was perfect for us. It was nice having the extra downstairs oven for cooking Christmas dinner.

The house was amazing!! There were 10 of us and we spent a ton of time at the house. Fantastic lower level for just hanging out, and fabulous back yard. Ajoy was a great host and provided everything we needed. If you need a nice large house for a group, I would highly recommend this property

Great House

Great house. Ton's of room for our group of 11. Patio/grill and hottub were great in the back yard. Beautiful neighborhood. 10 minute uber to downtown. Fully equipped kitchen. Host was great. Couldn't have had a better place.

Amazing Stay

The house was incredible! The house was large enough for our group of 8-20 throughout the weekend. It was very clean and a fun house to stay in. No issue finding space to sleep. The house was in a good location to travel Milwaukee from. Ajoy was an excellent host and communicated proactively ahead of time. He was very responsive and accommodating to our questions and group. Would stay again!

90th Birthday Celebration

What a fantastic place to gather with friends and family! We walked through all the rooms with our jaws on the floor: spacious and great for a large crowd. The neighborhood was stunning and perfect for walks….so close to the Lake! Mom/Grammie, said it was the best birthday party she’s ever had! Ajoy, the owner was great to work with and very attentive to our needs.

We had a group of 10 and there was more than enough room! The space was beautiful and clean. Host was great and has great communication. This is a great spot for a group of friends - plenty of space for everyone to have their own space, but also plenty of spots where we could all comfortably be together. 10/10

Incredible house, great for groups!

We just finished our weekend at Ajoy's house in Milwaukee, and everyone had a great time! The house is amazing, and the recently refurbished basement was great for hanging out. Lots of outdoor space as well. There are also plenty of places to sleep throughout the house, making it great for group rentals. Ajoy was easy to get a hold of and very accommodating. Would definitely recommend this property, thanks Ajoy!

Eastside Mansion with both historical charm and modern convenience

Fabulous location near the lake and the parks. Great outdoor and indoor gathering spaces for a large group. The host was very responsive. Historically appointed living quarters, with a modern recroom and newly redecorated lower level with all the modern conveniences. It was perfect for our family reunion. My only suggestion is to install a keyless entry lock.

Wonderful wedding weekend

We had family & a couple grandkids here for our daughters wedding weekend. Great spaces throughout the house for staying, relaxing, entertaining & great outdoor space. Tons of kitchen appliances & needs in 2 different kitchens. Tons of open spaces both in and out. Location close to amenities,, parks & walking trails. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Beautiful house, great location, perfect host!

Just got back from a weekend in Milwaukee and this house was just fantastic and in a beautiful neighborhood. It is roomy and well appointed - tons of space both indoors and outdoors. Ajoy, our host, was fantastic throughout the entire process from booking through checkin until checkout. He was very responsive whenever I had a question and did an amazing job outfitting the house with everything we needed during our stay. Not sure when I’m heading back to Milwaukee but would absolutely checkin on this house for my travels next time.

I love beautiful architecture and I fell in love with my house on first sight! The character of the house is reflected well in the woodwork, crown moldings, fireplaces and large rooms of the house. The backyard is spacious and the house and the patio provide a perfect place for entertaining and socializing.

Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?

The house was built in 1908 and retains much of the original work and charm, but provides all the comforts and amenities of modern-day living. with four original fireplaces. The first, second and third floors have high ceilings, and spacious rooms. The main entrance, foyer and formal dining room has custom paneled wainscoting and plaster crown molding. The living room, dining room and the two master bedrooms have original fireplaces and elegant chandeliers.
