Best Location Condo! Unité de coin au premier étage !!! Unité la plus proche de la plage, à environ 50 étapes à la plage! avec Georgious Moutain Superbe Vues, Nature Park et vue sur l'océan.

Nous sommes sur le coin de Sandyland Road et Ash Ave, juste en face de la rue des mondes Safest Beach, Carpinteria sel Nature Park Marsh, et un emplacement pratique pour les locations Kayak et Surfboard, et si vous voulez attraper la navette Mer en ville .

Notre unité est juste "entièrement rénové" quand vous marchez dans la porte d'entrée vous vous sentez comme vous marchez dans un refuge chaleureux Island Beach. Il est un beau condo 1 chambre dans complexités calme sols Pergo, 42 'Plasma T. V. avec lecteur DVD. Un beau grand canapé-lit. et une table de salle à manger pouvant accueillir 4. La cuisine est entièrement équipée. La chambre a une nouvelle couette confortable, lit Queen, où vous vous endormez au son des vagues, un grand placard avec 5 chaises de plage pour votre plaisir à la plage, avec une commode pleine grandeur et soir. La salle de bain a une douche et une baignoire. Ensuite, sur le patio pour s'asseoir et regarder les montagnes superbes, magnifiques couchers de soleil ou tout simplement se détendre et prendre un verre de vin ou un rhume un :) Il dispose d'un ensemble de patio confortable pouvant accueillir 4 avec un parapluie, avec un barbecue à gaz, 2 planches Boogie et un vélo. Tout cela juste en face de la plage la plus sûre dans le monde. Avec les sauveteurs en service Memorial Day à la fête du travail! Où vous pouvez aller jouer sur la plage, boogie, Surf Body, Kayaks et Surfboards sont disponibles à la location, Piscine, Bain de soleil, ou tout simplement se détendre et lire un livre. Le complexe dispose de son et sa salle de bains avec douches. Il y a 2 piscines, une pour les enfants, avec un jacuzzi. Le complexe dispose d'une salle de lavage avec 3 laveuses et sécheuses qui requrie changement à utiliser. Il y a un parking d'accès facile et aussi fermée, parking couvert. Une fois que vous garez vous ne devez déplacer votre voiture. L'aventure est à votre disposition !!!

We stayed here to celebrate our 36th anniversary. It was a wonderful experience. Loved the location right there by the beach. Although it was too early in the season for swimming, the ocean was beautiful and enjoyed many beach walks

Excellent Beach House Stay💞

This was our first VRBO stay …wondering if we hit the jackpot! Such a beautiful place for the 3 of us to stay while in Carpinteria for my son’s wedding!. My husband, daughter (29 yr) and I were thrilled with this place…filled with beautiful beach decor. Amazing communication. You won’t be disappointed! Steps to the beach/Salt Marsh! Would love to stay here again!

The location of this condo can't be beat-- steps away from the beach, and an easy walk to downtown. Host was communicative and responsive. Would definitely stay here again.

Absolutely loved this place! Would love to come stay again. Everything was as described. Clean, comfortable, cozy, cute and convenient. Beds were comfortable. Quiet nights, walk to everywhere, not to mention the beach literally right outside your door. Thank you for such a great stay

A quiet corner a block from the beach. Great deck to appreciate the mountains, beach, and bird sanctuary. Carpinteria is very walkable and bikeable.

Location, Location.

Very nice property in a great location. Beach is a few steps away as well as the Salt Marsh walking trails. Easy walk to the downtown area as well. Condo is well equipped with everything you need to enjoy your time in Carpinteria. Thanks for sharing with us.

Wonderful vacation property in a great little beach town!

This property was super clean, well-stocked, relaxing and comfortable for the two of us. We had a list of things we wanted to do in the surrounding area, but found ourselves walking the beach and staying in more than expected. Cute beach/ocean decor and a great deck to enjoy the view and refreshing breeze. The location can't be beat - everything in town is a short walk away. From start to finish, Laurie was great to work with. We look forward to a future return!!

Christmas weekend

My sister in law and nephew stayed over xmas weekend in this beautiful unit. Just across from the beach and nature reserve, It was the perfect way for us to spend time together while giving them their own space. (We live locally). Very clean. Great access to everything. Well set up. Thank you and hope to book again next year!

Wonderful apartment and vacation

The apartment was clean and decorated tastefully. Directly across the street from the beach, with two heated pools, and a short drive to many restaurants and shops, this was a stress-free getaway. My daughter and I brought our bikes and rode them daily. When it was a bit too cold for the beach, she swam in the pool. The beach wasn't crowded at all and everyone in the area wore masks. Thank you, Laurie, for the use of your great apartment.

Little piece of heaven

This condo has it all.....cleanliness, comfort, very well-equipped, and mostly location, location , location! Steps from the beach and a magnificent mountain view thanks to it being a corner unit. Great trails right out your front door....to the harbor seals overlook and the salt marsh preserve. With Santa Barbara 15 minutes to the north, Rincon Point with surfers a short drive to the south, Pacific Coast Highway 1 with majestic views nearby, who could ask for more? We would definitely return.

Salve for the Soul

So, for contemporarily beachy comfort, cleanliness, and character, the unit was impeccable.. It seemed the whole place had recently been upgraded with new flooring, countertops, sinks, sleeper sofa, appliances, runners, etc. Not even an old nail hole could be spotted under the fresh paint. We were especially thrilled by the magic light around the bathroom mirror that makes you look younger when you press the hidden button. (You'll have to see it to understand.) Really, there's a lot of good stuff to say about the place, but what pleased us most beside the location and the grassy entrance to the side deck, where you can conveniently rinse the sand from your feet, was the undeveloped wetlands across the street from the unit. The mornings and evenings were filled with birdsong coming in through the sliding window. That mixed with the sound of waves crashing at night helped create the ambiance of worry-free tranquility one seeks in Carpinteria. As an added note, we were charmed by a little feathered visitor from the marsh. Now, we're certainly not birders, perhaps it was a wren, but if you keep the screen door open, a little bird will hop into the unit and flit around, perhaps nabbing a crumb off the counter and then just as easily find the exit and hop away after giving you a wink. If a wild little bird can feel relaxed and at home in this place, imagine how we felt.

Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?

Carpinteria is s a quaint little town,with warm people ,and everything is in walking distace, the beach is just across the street ,where I like to run on the beach, look for Sea Shells,and Sea life, I myself have seen Whales,Dolphins,Sea Loins, and Seals. Then in the afternoon I soak up the sun,and in the evening walk to town and grab dinner and a drink. Now i am in my happy place:) I feel like I can let go of my busy life style and realx and enjoy!
