Crocus by the Sea Charming 3 bedroom 5 minute walk to free beach pet friendly
Welcome to Crocus by the Sea in Iconic Wildwood Crest We have 4 apartments we rent all pet friendly and 3 blocks to the beach. Our charming 1st floor 3 bedroom, newly renovated 1st floor 2-bedroom Side Cottage, 2nd floor 2-bedroom Sea Breeze Bay and 2nd floor 2-bedroom Ocean Serenade. Our house is a 100-year-old home with a Victorian front porch You will have the feeling of a Cape may bed and breakfast only you get the whole apartment BUT with a wonderful beach very large you can play ball or fly a kite or just relax. You can walk 50 feet into the water with no drop off or erosion. We also have portable toilets for your comfort and did I mention no beach tags and its free.
Two bedrooms have queen beds the third has a twin bunk bed with a trundle for the 3rd bed. The living room and kitchen are open to each other for a bigger feel and new granite counter tops. There is one full bath with a tub. It's about 1000 square feet. The backyard has a table, and you have a grill. The beautiful front porch has 4 rockers. There is a outdoor shower for our guests it will be fully enclosed and right outside your back door. This apartment was newly rented starting last week of June last year so please check out my other 125 reviews on the other rentals.
We rent Saturday to Saturday July 4 until August 29. For Barefoot concert weekend there is a 4-night minimum and Memorial Day and Labor Day weekend we have a 3-night minimum. Rest of the year 2-night minimums.
We are walking distance to everything, boardwalk, Playground for kids, bike rentals and the bike path, bakery, ice-cream, church, restaurants. Saturday night entertainment at the parks AND in the summer months there's fireworks every Friday night. New for this year is our enclosed outdoor shower.
We have a 2-dog max with a 25-pound limit per dog. We do not rent to tenants if they are under 25 unless they are with their family as we are a family rental place. And sorry but we don't supply sheets and towels BUT we are partnering with Chrissy from Island best rental to rent sheets towels beach chairs toys for the kids and pretty much anything you need for the beach contact her at chrissy@dontpack.com put the link "Crocus" for a 10% discount. Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?
Our family has been vacationing here for 50 years .We are from north Jersey and we pass all the other beaches on the way down because we like our big free beach and that you can walk out 100 feet and still be waist deep. We like the beach town feel and our safe boardwalk. I can let my daughters go to the boardwalk at night and not worry We have great local restaurants and from our house we are 10 minute walk to everything

My property is unique because it is a 100 year old house in wildwood crest on a quiet one way street. It is like staying at a bed and breakfast in cape may but you get our wonderful free beach and boardwalk.
