The location here could not have been better. It's right on the main road just south of town. We were able to walk right in for food or visiting the park. Ample parking right at the front door is convenient. The rooms look so nice with the fresh coat of paint and the host responded very quickly to questions
We were in the area to explore the lakeshore towns of the Thumb area. We enjoyed the laid back vibe of all the cute lakeshore towns and hospitable people in the area.
We are all from tourist towns on Lake Michigan and truly enjoyed being the tourists in the Thumb! Beautiful area I will definitely be back with my husband! This home was well appointed, comfortable and well located.
Well appointed house thatâs been beautifully updated. Very large kitchen and living room and nice size dining area as well. Situated on main street right near the middle of town. Only suggestion I may have is to have a tv in each of the 3 bedrooms and not in just 1. Had a very nice weekend and thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
Overall, we had a great stay in this house. The bedrooms are a good size and the beds were very firm. The kitchen had everything we needed if we had decided to cook but we chose to eat out both nights. The Stone Lodge (restaurant/bar) is right next door and there are a couple other bars/restaurants within walking distance. We'd definitely stay again if we go back to this area.
