Building issues

Our condo was nice, the building however had problems. one of the elevator was to Bre renovated and completed before our stay. At the last minute, we received a message that it would not be. Durning check in, it took us 30 min to get to our room with everyone checking in trying to use 1 elevator. During our stay, that 1 elevator broke. So when we returned from the beach, we had to take the stairs to the 15 floor. The elevator was repaired the same day, however for the $$ we spent and nothing offered as an inconvenience, we will look elsewhere next time.

Good location and layout

The rental was excellent but the property is dirty. For example the elevator to the condo was very dirty and smelled bad. The waiting area to the elevator was very dirty also. The walk way from the property to the fishing pier lot was flooded because the water sprinkler was unregulated.

Overall great stay!

Was very impressed with everything! The only thing I would criticize is having to wait so long to check in. We went to check in at 4 and they said we couldn’t go in yet. We waited till about 6 till she called saying we could go in. But stayed for 6 nights and was impressed the whole time! Awesome access to the beach and pool was nice too.

Summer 2021

The view and balcony furniture were great. The beds are very uncomfortable and made for an unpleasant rest at night. The beds would keep me from booking this condo again. Vacasa staff (Brittney) was very helpful and nice. The beach gate was never locked (taped to stay open) and multiple people, no armbands, were seen using the facilities.

Nice and spacious

This location has plenty of room so you never feel cramped. 6 adults can move about comfortably without feeling like you're bumping into each other. The furnishings and decorations are great, and the patio furniture was very comfortable. The view is amazing and we appreciated the newer appliances.

Awesome!

We arrived to a very clean home. It was exactly as described. Great view from the 15th floor. Great beach! Elevators were working. Could have used a new mattress in the master bedroom and parking spaces are a little tight. Would stay here again for sure.

Perfect getaway!

The location was great! Condo was very clean and well kept. This would be plenty of space for 2 couples with the private layout. This area of the beach was not as crowded as other areas we've stayed in. We're already planning our next trip in the spring and will be booking this condo again.
