Built in 2005, Sterling Reef is in a fantastic location on Panama City Beach, only .5 miles from Shipwreck Island and within walking distance of the fishing pier. Vacation rentals at this lovely resort have a seasonally heated 4000 sq ft bi-level pool with waterfall at their disposal, a fitness center overlooking the pool and beach area, an activity room w/ flatscreen TV, and grills on the sky terrace. The condo was just as advertised. The view was great with plenty of seating on the deck. The rooms did show a little wear from over the years but that was expected. There was the smell of someone smoking off their balcony but that can't be controlled. Hard to stop stupid. The beds were comfortable and the showers worked well. Parking was always available but the spaces are a little tight. The pool was cleaned every morning and getting on the beach was so easy and close. Overall it was a nice place to stay and I would do it again.

Condo was ok. Nothing special and could use some updating. But it was very clean and the beach behind it was not busy at all compared to other places I’ve stayed in PCB. Only 2 elevators for the whole building was a pain sometimes. Would probably stay again if the price was right

Never informed of the 50 parking fee at booking. Days later we received a suspicious email with no name or reference asking us to pay. It took over 4 hours of calls to verify it was legitimate.The unit was in poor condition: very old noisy bed, clogged bathroom sink, HVAC only working in the bathrooms, and a dirty old rug in the living room. The only positive was the view.Overall, a very disappointing stay.

Was a really clean and comfortable condo..They even left a goodie bag for us. Ive rented a lot of condos and never recieved a welcome gift. I thought that was a nice touch! Great view of ocean. Plenty of seating on patio. The ONLY thing i can complain about is the elevators. There is only 2 so the wait can be long at times. One even broke down during our stay so that made things a little worse. The condo itself is absolutely wonderful. I would rent again. It was very homey and had everything we needed. It is in a good location as well.

Let down

Nice unit but all the furniture was too low to the floor even the kitchen island . Wrist bands shouldn’t be necessary for adults . The pool not operational was a let down and I was told that it was on the Vrbo website and I don’t think it was Probably wouldn’t stay there again
