Country Club Villas, Unit#326 is a phenomenal new addition to the Vacation Rental Market that Knutson & Associates Property Management is proud to represent.
This top floor corner unit is completely remodeled, with soaring ceilings & lots of extra windows for natural light.
New Air Conditioning Units Installed in Living room, and each bedroom in July 2024!! This amenity is an additional $25.00 per night. This charge is automatically added to your bill if booking After 5/1/2025. If you would prefer to not have AC please inform a written request to have this amenity and charge removed from your bill.

You'll have an impressive 1300 interior square feet to enjoy with an additional 290 square foot lanai.. This is the largest floor plan in the complex due to the corner location, you'll have an additional 110 square feet than the other units.

The Location: This Corner unit is right next to one of the 3 pools/hot tubs at Country Club Villas. Don't worry about a long walk, very close by for enjoyment! This development is very quiet, so you don't need to worry about excessive noise, as that's not tolerated at CCV.

The Kitchen is fully equipped & remodeled with granite countertops, and stainless steel appliances. Enjoy Bar Seating at the Kitchen too!

2 bedrooms and 2 remodeled bathrooms on the mail level and the spacious loft with two sleeping areas serves as the 3rd bedroom!

There is indoor and outdoor dining, how nice is that?

Picture yourself living on the "Kona Country Club" golf course, be mesmerized by the beautiful ocean view during the day and the ever changing sunsets in the evening. Country Club Villas is located in the Keauhou Resort area and offers you an extraordinary lifestyle with its 3 pools (at three different locations) Hot Tubs, and 2 tennis courts at the complex.

Well equipped kitchen and rental property overall. Very comfortable and nice view. Great location for us. There were a few used squeeze apple sauce packets under an upstairs bed and pretzel crumbs elsewhere. We exterminated 30 plus flies upon arrival and about 5-10/day. Never saw where they came from as doors and windows were closed. Management asked what they could do. If another property was available, would have moved us. They credited us some money. I was satisfied with that. Overall we enjoyed the property.

Comfortable stay with Beautiful views

We chose and reserved this property because of the size of our family. We have 6 children ages 13-21 that came with us on our trip. Everyone was comfortable with their sleeping arrangements, the lanai was spacious and with beautiful ocean sunset views. Highly recommend this property!

Relaxing stay for a wedding

The property was outstanding and was like the photos show. The complex is quiet and one of the 3 pools/spas was right outside the unit. The property managers were great. They checked with us several times during our stay to make sure we were happy and to see of they could do anything to improve our stay. Could not have had a better time!

Spacious unit with beautiful views

We rented this unit for our family vacation. It is bright and airy with beautiful views of the ocean and pool. It had a nice balcony with a large dining table and chairs. Management was very friendly and responsive. Highly recommend!!

Perfect winter escape

Our family of five had a perfectly enjoyable stay at this property. This was the first time we stayed in south of Kona after vacationing many times up north. We loved the convenience of being close to everything. The unit was large enough for all of us to spread out. Even though we were right on the golf course, it was peaceful and quiet (save for the birds' songs). The sunset was breathtaking no matter how many time we've seen it.

The kitchen was well stocked with plates, pot and pans. The Lanai was fantastic. You can watch the sunset right from the Lanai very night. It was a quiet location. You can see the pool right from you window. The Owner was very responsive with any needs we had. Would 100% stay here again.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall, this was a very enjoyable place to stay. There was a minor issue with the lanai sliding door being difficult to move but a call to the property manager resulted in a very quick response to someone arriving to make it easier. There are 3 parking spaces assigned to this even though only 2 were mentioned (we only needed 2). Because we were looking at a different CC Villa unit (that only had 1 parking) we had to go with this. It caused some confusion because unit #326 charges extra for AC where the other did not (mildly disappointing). AC is needed being an upper unit. We had 7 adults, 1 toddler, and 1 infant and we all enjoyed the stay!
