Whether you love fishing, relaxing on the beach, or looking for shells & shark teeth, "Shark Tooth Haven" in Surf City is an amazing place to get away for a fun and relaxing beach vacation!

3 Separate outdoor living spaces + fenced in yard!!! Enjoy the ocean breeze on the deck or patio and the sunset on the screened in porch! Outdoor shower with hot/cold water!!! Only about 100 safe steps to the beach access. Also, we have 2 driveways for plenty of parking!

This oceanside retreat is ideal for multi-family vacations or group gatherings. 5 couples OR 4-5 couples and 4-6 kids can comfortably share this space.

There is ample parking spaces between the two driveways. Washer/Dryer on each floor. All linens are provided with at least 1 bath towel per registered guest.

You are renting upstairs and downstairs together but you can shut the door at the stairs and keep each floor completely separated.

For your safety and ours, there is an exterior Ring doorbell camera and Ring floodlight camera on premises monitoring both driveways and the front door.

This is one full side of a DUPLEX ; however there is no connected decks or driveways with the home connected next door, WE HAVE A VERY PRIVATE DETACHED HOME FEEL.
