The cottage was intentionally designed with an easy and gracious layout that is ideal for family gatherings and entertaining as well as quiet, restful moments. Spill out onto the wraparound deck to soak up the sun and enjoy the water views. Plan a barbecue or evening wine and cheese while you enjoy the peaceful surroundings and dappled sun filtering through the leaves.

The waterfront dock is accessed from a quick set of stairs from the deck to level ground. A sandy, shallow cove awaits that makes paddle boarding, kayaking and canoeing an easy venture. Of course, there’s also several inner tubes handy if you prefer a leisurely float!

The beautifully maintained and picturesque Emerson Park is right around the bend and is reachable by water (or car). Enjoy top-notch performances at the Merry Go Round Theater, local dining, seasonal events, music and entertainment, putt-putt golf at Tom Thumbs and delicious ice cream sundaes and snacks at Green Shutters. This section of the Fingerlakes is breathtaking. Take a drive and explore the many local wineries, hiking trails and regional historic sites.

Whether you choose to come for a few days or a long stay, you will leave refreshed and inspired. This is the place to relax, share laughter and make life-long memories.
