Un magnifiquement meublé 3 chambres, 2 salles de bain, salle de bonus qui peut accueillir 10 personnes. Grande salle familiale (de 14x25) comprend une cheminée pour les soirées d'automne. Cuisine entièrement meublée. Chambre de la Reine avec sa propre douche, une salle de bonus avec un canapé-lit, à l'étage un lit queen journal, un ensemble de lits superposés journal, et une autre chambre avec 2 lits jumeaux. Un porche couvert avant et un pont nouvellement construit (12x16) qui surplombe bois. Beaucoup de place pour garer votre véhicule et la remorque. Procès-verbal de la boutique locale, qui loue tubes pour jet-skis. Aussi, minutes de Dale Hollow State Park Marina, qui fournit gratuitement le lancement de bateau. Bateau glisse disponible sur demande et moyennant des frais supplémentaires. Le parc possède des grottes, des parcours de golf, putt putt, pêche, canotage, randonnée et sentiers d'équitation (chevaux non fournis).

Excellent location. Great parking for the boat

We were pleased with this property. The house was clean and well represented. The owner takes great care of this property and it shows. It is close to the road, so make sure you watch the kiddos or have them.play I'm the HUGE back yard. The kitchen is small but that is to be expected in a home this size. Plenty of dishes, pots and pans, silverware....everything was in working order. We will definitely stay here again.

Overall the house was decent and we did find mouse droppings in window seals and kitchen and in drawer of stove in kitchen. Photos on VRBO need kitchen and dining area appear larger than they actually are. Overall enjoyed our stay and would consider staying again.

Memorial Day Memories

We had a wonderful time & experience here with friends! The kids enjoyed exploring the land around the property! Thankful we could find a place that welcomed our pups too! The house was stocked with all necessities too! Near the lake and plenty of room for our friends to park their boat in the driveway. It was a chilly Memorial Day weekend and I didn’t see a fire ring so I sent him a text & he provided one right away! Thank you for the outstanding hospitality Cliff! We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others!

Won't be staying here again

The cabin is located right on the street so be careful if you have little ones! All of the beds have plastic covers on them which make it terrible to sleep on. There are 4 huge stuffed animals on the walls... yuck! And.. we saw a mouse in the house. You also cannot sit outside in the front or back because the lights are on all the time. We won't be staying at this property again.

Good location but…..

Great location, close to DHLState park. Plenty of rooms and washer and dryer a plus. The updates that have been made are nice. I had to give a poor rating because when you enter the house it smelled extremely musty and did the entire stay. We also found mouse poop on sheets and comforters of every bed so we spent the first night washing everything! Also would have liked to use the grill but no lighter fluid and the grate on the gas grill was very rusty and dirty . It will be a long time before I trust renting a VRBO again.

The home and property was very nice. We loved the deer walking around. Fishing wasn’t very good but the get away was fun.

Family Trip 2021

The house is in a quiet neighborhood and very friendly neighbors. It is close to the state park and if you are taking a boat. There is plenty of space to park the trailer. Every morning we would see a deer and some other wildlife in the backyard.

Great gathering place

We enjoyed our Thanksgiving stay and was pleased with the big back yard for the kids to play in. The house had full size kitchen with plenty of things to cook a big meal! Lots of seating in the living room and had a real cabin feel with the wooden walls and taxidermy deer and turkey! We had problem with back door alarming and within minutes of texting owner a kind Gentleman arrived to remove the battery and also helped my husband with the remote while he was there. I msg owner to thank them for their hospitality and with my recommendation for new mattresses and nonplastic mattress covers for upstairs beds. That was the only complaint I heard from my family! We didn't get to bring our pets since their family got covid news prior to trip and didn't come but I actually choose this property for its pet friendliness and it really did have great set up for pets. We enjoyed going to the lake and walking around which was just short drive away. This would be even more fun in summer or with big snow as there is a nice hill in the back!

A/C did not work properly

The house was clean but unfortunately the air conditioning can not keep up. The upstairs was 80 degrees and the downstairs was always 75 or higher.

Great Location

Had a need for a house that two couples and 2 other adults could stay and enjoy Dale Hollow Lake with easy access to State Dock and this house delivered The bedroom set up worked out great and it was very close to the state park entrance

Long Family Weekend at Dale Hollow

Everything was neat and tidy, very roomy for our party of 7. Owner was very accommodating and checked in to see if we had everything we needed. Home is nicely renovated and great location in proximity to Dale Hollow.

The property itself is so set in the country and quiet and very peaceful!! The owner and ESPECIALLY the on site care taker are both fantastic!! Extremely accommodating courteous. Easy to work with and I HIGHLY suggest!

We had a BLAST!

We loved this place! We had plenty of room for our truck & boat to turn around & park! The owner was very friendly! The house is gorgeous inside and out! My wife sat on the back deck and had her coffee! It was peaceful!! Kids had a big yard to play! The house was clean & everything worked perfect!! We will be back!!!

House was very clean! Every thing worked and owners were exceptional accommodating!

Great location- close to Dale Hollow Stars Park which has free boat launch along with a wonderful golf course! We will definitely return! Plenty of room for our big family!!

DO NOT STAY HERE!

Our 5 day trip here was a complete disaster. We cut our trip short due to the owners unprofessional, intimidation and down right rudeness. There is absolutely no privacy here as the owner has a huge workshop about 100 feet from the house. He is there daily. There is also a gravel road between the house and workshop, the only access to a RV park that is not in the description on the listing. People come and go all hours, the locals meet at the workshop late at night yelling and revving their ATVs. If you have a nice car be prepared for rocks to fly up and hit it. The house also sits about 20 feet from a very busy road. Cars fly up and down this road at high rates of speed, including the owner. He will increase his speed if you are outside to intimidate you. I have no idea why he rents this house out as he will make your stay unbearable. He would ride his ATV-and golf cart around the house, just circling. Again, absolutely no privacy. The grill, coffee maker, and vacuum do not work. He was installing a roof the day we arrived. Again very unprofessional. I am shocked VBRO allow him to rent on their site. We have been renting in this area for almost 10 years and have always had great experiences with the owners and loved our getaways. VBRO says “book with confidence guaranteed” . I hope they make this right. Do not waste your hard earned money. We tried to go somewhere else but everything was booked. There’s a reason why this house was the only one left in the area! Absolutely disgraceful!!!!

wonderful stay

Great rustic lodge for extended family, my parents stayed in queen bedroom on main floor and the kids stayed with my husband & I upstairs in the loft. We were able to close the door to the loft and the kids went right to sleep without the noise from downstairs bothering them. They loved the bunk beds built into the wall. We also liked the perk of satellite TV we don't have cable at home so it was a nice added bonus! Lots of room to park and even some land for kids to explore behind the lodge. Minutes away from the lake where you can launch a boat or jet ski for free.

Great Holiday Weekend

Shared lodge with another couple and it was great. Clean, newly remodeled lots of space. Close to DH lake and State Park. Washer/Dryer was great to have after lake activities. Plan on coming back. :-)

Great times!

Very clean, charming setting, with great views. It had plenty of room and a nice deck. It was very close to the lake and state park. Owners were great, very helpful and nice. We enjoyed our visit and time spent with family. It's a great setting to be able to get away from the hectic life and relax either on the lake or at the house. We will be back!!
