We had such a great stay for my husband’s birthday trip to Mammoth! The location was perfect for us since we came up to mountain bike, and we loved being so close to the Village and everything nearby. The room was comfortable, clean, and had everything we needed for our stay.The host was wonderful and very communicative, responding right away anytime I had a question or concern, which we really appreciated. We had such a great experience and can’t wait to come back to Mammoth. We would absolutely love to stay here again!Thank you for everything and for helping make our trip so enjoyable!

Easy to access property. There was some noise late into the evening Sunday but that’s to be expected in the village.

Great location. Nice view from the balcony. Quiet and clean. Heated pool, hot tubs, and fitness center were wonderful. Would definitely stay here again!

The check-in and check-out process was incredibly easy, which made my trip start and end on a high note. The host was very responsive and readily available to answer any questions I had during my stay. Overall, I highly recommend this property for anyone looking for a hassle-free vacation!

The unit was great, however, it's located directly above a bar. The noise went on until 1:00 am. We never got to sleep before that time. It was awful.

This condo needs a face lift. There is a smell that hits you when you walk in. Maybe the carpets need cleaned? The microwave has fire damage and the bath tub/shower is dingy with a smelly shower curtain. The kitchen has the bare minimum so don’t expect to get too crazy with cooking. Pans are all old with a lot of wear, definitely need a new set. Cooking utensils are old and missing a lot of basic items, such as tongs and there is no BBQ utensils even though that is an option to use by the pool. NoTV unless you log into your own streaming services. Sealing fans are covered in dust and all the wood work and paint on the walls definitely is showing wear and tear. The bed is very comfortable and so is the living room furniture so that was a plus. A majority of the pillows on the bed though need replaced, flat as pancakes. I see why this condo is not rated as a premier host and the price point reflects its condition.

Unit is nice upper floor unit. Could use a better cleaning job, ceiling fan in dining area was full of dust and the bathroom tub/shower had a lot of black mildew in the grout lines and tub caulking. Unit stated it had an air unit which it did, but it’s situated in the living room and can’t be moved, the air flow barely reaches to cool the bedroom. If you need to shut the door to the bedroom the air will not cool that room. Unit also has a restaurant /bar underneath at the Village main level that can get loud with music playing and the patrons hang out after closing yelling and shouting at 1am in the morning. Check in was ok but the parking pass was NO where to be found, reached out to host and after a 1/2 hour of waiting had to reach out again to get some type of help. It was resolved but still not the way you want to start a vacation worrying if your car will get ticketed. It’s an affordable unit, but wish the posting was a bit more clear of the air situation and the loudness of the bar.

The condo was clean and well furnished, over all a nice place. The pool and hot tube was ok. It’s family friendly so there were a lot of kids in the hot tube. Maybe at least one hot tube should be adults only. The only problem we had was the TV. It’s advertised as a smart TV but it’s not so smart. It only had two apps and you couldn’t download any more. The TV was also not compatible with Apple. At the minimum we would have appreciated just local TV. Hopefully they can fix this problem. Thanks
