No Pets Please
This 700 S.f. one bedroom condo is a bright southwest facing corner unit a the very end of the complex. It is equipped with brand new bedroom and living room furniture from West Elm's Anton collection. It has a King bed ad a full size sofa sleeper (the sofa is not brand new, yet in great condition).
This condo has plenty of closet storage space (2 full closets plus an entry closet) and an additional bathroom sink/vanity private to the bedroom.
We plan to have it completely renovated in fall of 2025, yet in the meantime we have added new lighting, custom hand troweled drywall, 2 ceiling fans, beautiful local art, kitchen appliances (new microwave, Bosch dishwasher and Haier refridgerator), a 75" smart tv with Sonos Arc sounder and rear surround sound speakers.
It has a fireplace with firewood, (we upgraded the time and hearth) yet it will be completely renovated next year.
The kitchen has a new dining table and chairs, and a new bar counter with bar stools, offering ample space for those who work remotely, or for those who like to entertain in the condo while on vacation. It is equipped with everything you need for cooking and dining. We have a Keurig single pod coffee maker, regular coffee maker, (sorry we no longer supply coffee) an electric tea kettle, all new pots, pans, wok, 2 sizes of dutch ovens, cast iron skillet, crock pot, blender, and toaster.
The condo is a light and airy, south-facing condo with a two sliding glass doors that open onto a little patio/balcony, and a screen window door at the entry.
The entryway closet is dedicated to ski clothing/gear with ample hangers and hooks.
Shorten Your Schlep - includes a ski locker at Main Lodge Dec 14-April 10 so you don’t have to schlep your skis/snowboards, boots and gear back and forth. It is nice to hit the locker throughout the day for extra layers and food.. since we offer a locker we prefer that skis and boards are kept out of the condo. This complex is directly on the Green shuttle line to Eagle Ski Lodge, and one block away is the Red line to Main Lodge or to the Village, where you can jump on the Village Gondola up to Canyon Lodge.
This is an older condo complex and as was custom with 70's construction, the walls are thin, (although we did install new soundproofing insulation and soundproofing vinyl on the main TV wall). If guests are in the condo above, noise can be heard. If you are sensitive to noise and apartment living, I recommend to book in a newer building, or read the guest reviews to see how previous guests feel about the accommodation.

Other things to note
1. 14% Transient Occupancy tax is included with your nightly fee.
2. No Pets - $300 fee if a pet has been discovered by our onsite manager, cleaning crew, or next door and upstairs neighbors. The entire security deposit will be forfeited in order to return the space back to it's low-allergen environment. In addition, extra charges will be made if necessary for damage to furniture, and interior of our condos. We promise our guests a clean, pet-free, low allergen environment.
3. If condo is left in an exceptionally messy state we charge $50 for every extra hour of cleaning required.
4. If more guests sleep in this condo then the number originally stated in the booking, the $300 security deposit will be charged in full.
5. Condo must be vacated by 10:15am to allow time for our inventory inspection and cleaning crew to prepare for next guest.
6. Smoking is prohibited in Mountain Shadows Condominium Complex.
