Cet endroit est un lieu duplex et a été récemment rénové avec de nouveaux appareils, salon, maillots de chambre, cuisinière. évier de table salle à manger. Animaux acceptés avec cour clôturée sécurisé pour les animaux. Ma femme et moi vivons sur la face A du duplex, face B est la location. Nous allons vous fournir avec des plats, serviettes, literie un téléviseur 50 pouces. Nous avons également un parking couvert et d'un couvert à l'arrière porche avec une nouvelle porte latérale

Austin visit

Maggie and Sherry were very good hosts, responsive to any questions we had. We were comfortable and felt safe with covered and lighted parking. The location was very handy to Lady Bird Lake and downtown Austin. While the duplex is older, we had what we needed, including a quiet covered deck in back to read and watch the birds and squirrels. We also took walks in the neighborhood and felt safe. We would stay there again

MotoGP

We come to Austin every year for the MotoGP races. This place was central to most everything, easy to get to and comfortable. Our hosts were very pleasant. Thanks for sharing your place with us.

Amazing Stay

I stayed here for the summer while working in Austin and couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. The owners are amazing and had the fridge full of food and drinks! They were super quick with responding and helping with anything I needed! They even looked out for my packages when I wasn’t there to get them.

Great place to stay. Nice and quiet. I was able to bring my fur baby with me, and the private yard was perfect. We felt comfortable and safe.

Great location near to downtown

The hosts are wonderful and made us feel so welcomed. The property is very nice and well stocked (better than most). I highly recommend it and can't wait to come back next year.

Overall everything was good. The house is a bit old and had a distinct smell. The owners was very friendly and welcoming. Everything we needed was provided.

Nice Rental

I stayed here for work over the summer. The place was clean and within a good commuting distance from where I worked. The owners had left snacks for the first night that I arrived. The check-in/out process was easy and the owners were always available for any issues that may have come up.

Perfect Home Away From Home!

Stay here if you’re visiting Austin! I booked Maggie and Sherry’s place for a month and they made me feel so welcomed! The house has everything you could possibly need. It’s cozy and clean and in such a great location. And the backyard was a little piece of heaven for my dog! I’ll be visiting Austin again later this year and will definitely try to book again here!

Convenient location to COTA and airport. Maggie was a great host. Friendly and helpful. House was stocked with drinks, snacks and toiletries. Would stay here again.

Best place to stay in Austin!

Had a really amazing time, Maggie and Sherry are super accommodating hosts and the house is great, everything you could ask for in a place to stay. Would 100% book again to stay here in the future

Not a good experience with Maggie.

I will make sure if you bring dogs to have her approved it. I had requested bringing two dogs and at the property she said I did not. I told her that I had it in writing. Also, loud music from neighbors until 5:30 am on the weekends. We did not have any sleep. We left 3 days earlier than expected. I never write bad reviews but this time I had no choice.

Nice patio

There were some great things about this property, roomy, very nice patio, fridge was full of snacks and drinks. The neighborhood was not what I would have chosen, a little on the run down side. The property was convenient to our daughters and south Austin attractions though.

Amazing stay!

We so enjoyed our month long stay! This VRBO quickly became our home and Sherry and Maggie are the perfect hosts - providing everything we needed and respecting our space. I highly recommend this home for any long term stay in Austin.

Great location

I come to Austin a lot and enjoy staying just south of downtown. I love the area. Great restaurants, coffee shops and parks. The owners were extremely wonderful. They texted quite often to ask how I was doing. It felt like I was staying next-door to family. I stayed for one month. There is a wonderful park near by that I took my dogs to on the weekends. It is great to run or walk. The place is between the 290/71 and 35. Very easy to get on the freeway to go anywhere you want. Kitchen is stocked if you like to cook as I do. Enjoy!!!!

Wonderful home away from home!

I just moved to Austin from LA and needed a place to stay for a couple of months while transitioning to my new permanent residence. Maggie and Sherry are terrific and were very thoughtful and attentive to my needs. The place is very clean, spacious, and has everything needed to live comfortably, including a private little backyard! I love how quiet and peaceful it is and found it a great place to work remotely. It's a convenient location to get around the city. There is also a beautiful park just a short walk away and I enjoyed a stroll almost every day. My kitty also loved it and she clearly didn't want to leave. I'll have fond memories of being here for sure. I think whoever stays here will enjoy it and find it quite affordable compared to other places in the area.

I liked it so much I extended my stay

I already wrote another review for my extended stay at this place, but will reiterate that it was a wonderful home for a while. Would definitely recommend staying here for anyone looking for a quiet clean and affordable place in Austin.

A literal home away from home

Had a fantastic one-month stay at this wonderful property. It's a duplex home, with a little yard and shaded deck in back. The owners were wonderful. They leave you alone, but are right next door if you have any question or problem, and they respond immediately. They are also very generous in stocking the home with all necessities, including having some foodstuffs & drinks in fridge upon my arrival. Great location, too. Quiet residential neighborhood, but very close to major highways for accessing anywhere in Austin. Highly recommend this property, whether for a short or long stay.

2 weeks stay

My mother stayed here for 2 weeks. Owners live next door and they kept to themselves. Neighborhood is quiet, home is fully furnished and snacks & drinks in the fridge/freezer. Bathroom was fully stocked along with laundry detergent. It was very homelike. The only thing that “bugged” her were the bugs that came into the house when she came in and out of the house. She was very happy with her stay.
