Guest Access:

✹ GENERAL: Guests enjoy access to the entire loft via a private entrance. Long-term stays are allowed.



✹ PARKING: Free off-street parking is available. We also have an outlet to plus in your L1 EV charger for your convenience.



✹ WORK FROM HOME: There is free, high-speed Wi-Fi (up to 241 Mbps) available throughout the home, plus a designated workspace in the bedroom.



✹ PETS: We understand that your furry friends are part of your family and welcome a maximum of 2 dogs per booking (unless otherwise discussed). Please advise us of your pet in advance.



To help your pet feel at home, we supply a folding crate (36.5 x 23.25 x 24.75 inches. Please fold after use and watch your fingers while folding/unfolding). Also provided are a bed, waste bags, a leash, food/water bowls, towels (grey for pets), and treats.



A pet fee of $25 per night is charged for up to 2 pets. The fee will be reflected in your reservation once you include your pet in the reservation..



Dogs must be crated if you are out. A couch cover is available under the TV console if required.



Non-disclosure of pets will result in a $250 fee to cover any cleaning costs, damage, and/or repairs.

The Neighborhood:

Casa Urbana's prime location provides easy access to the best that Austin has to offer. Within a short drive, you'll discover the city's renowned live music scene, vibrant South Congress district, South Lamar, Cosmic Coffee, and the finest restaurants. To enhance your exploration, we provide free parking, available for your convenience.



Other Things to Note:

✹ Easy self-check-in is available via the smart lock on the front door.



✹ A maximum of 2 people are permitted at our loft. If more than 2 people appear to be staying during your reservation, a $150 fee will be applied.



✹ No smoking is permitted anywhere on the property. Smoke smells or other evidence of smoking will result in additional fees or loss of your security deposit.



✹ Security cameras are located around the exterior of the property.



✹ Early check-in can be accommodated (no earlier than 1:30PM). A fee of $15 for every hour before 4PM applies.



✹ Late check-outs can be accommodated (no later than 2PM). A fee of $15 for every hour after 10AM applies.



**Please be advised that any unapproved late checkout will incur a $60 per hour fee, as our housekeeping team will be on the clock waiting for guests to depart.
