This home is a middle unit on the 2nd and 3rd floors of the building, accessible via an entry staircase. Go right as you enter the condo and you'll find a great room concept space with a recently updated half bath. The living room area boasts comfortable sofa seating (pull out), a large flat screen TV, two ceiling fans, and houses a small supply of games and kids toys in the cabinets. The dining area has seating for 6. Chairs from the kitchen can be moved to accommodate 8 with the table extension. A slider provides access to the balcony with 2 comfortable outside seats, a small table and a BBQ. The beach chairs and sand toys are stored here for your convenience. Enjoy the best views in the house from anywhere in this space!
Go left from the staircase and you will be in a modern kitchen with everything you need to create meals and snacks for your crew. There are 2 counter height stools at the kitchen bar and a small table with 2 chairs for the more solitary meal or the eat-and-run moments of your stay. There's also a highchair included for a little one and a small work station if you must complete a due-out.
Go up the interior stairs, where you will find both bedrooms. The master bedroom is bayfront to the left and sports a king adjustable bed from which you can watch the sun rise! This room has a flat screen TV, a comfortable chair, a ceiling fan, and a 2 -person bench and small table on its private bay view balcony. It also has an ensuite bath with a recently renovated walk-in shower.
To the right of the stairs is the hall bath with a shower/tub combination. Continuing across the upper landing is the 2nd bedroom with twin bunk beds and a full bed, a flat screen TV, and a ceiling fan. There is a full size stackable washer and dryer at the room entry. A pack and play crib, toddler cot, bouncy lounger and baby gate are stored in this closet. The sliders open to the shared balcony which provides emergency egress down the north stairwell (remains locked from outside).
This home comfortably sleeps up to 6 in beds with a maximum capacity of 8, with use of the pull-out couch. All bedrooms and bathrooms are furnished with a plentiful supply of premiere linens to ensure you are comfortable at all times.
Additional amenities include WIFI and cable. Parking which can fit 1 larger vehicle, or 2 smaller vehicles in tandem. There is a storage cabinet labeled "C" over the space in the carport (a key for the lock is provided in the unit). At the lower wood deck, there is an outside shower for a quick rinse and a common laundry room.

Please be considerate given of the close proximity of the neighbors. There are 4 condos in this building with individual owners and rules that are set by a small homeowner's association.
No smoking is allowed inside or outside on the balcony or lower patio - NO EXCEPTIONS!
This home has 2 sets of stairs, so it may not be suitable for everyone. There is a public sidewalk along the east/back of the complex where bicyclists often cruise by and a small sidewalk providing beach access on the south end frequented by neighbors.
This home is located in a fairly quiet section of the neighborhood. Our rental agreement includes a no tolerance policy regarding excessive noise, occupancy and/or parties. Deposit forfeitures and/or evictions are strictly enforced. Please make sure you are comfortable with these policies before renting this home.
Parking notes: Parking is the “C” carport which is one long space which fits 1 larger vehicle, or 2 smaller vehicles in tandem. There is a storage cabinet labeled "C" over the space in the carport (a key for the lock is provided in the unit).
Guest entry instructions: This rental utilizes an E-lock, a digital lock that requires a unique code to enter. This code is reset after each guest's stay.
