The Oceans 510 - Oceanfront, Sleeps Four, Oceanfront Pool -- Be Shore Blessed

Oceans 510 is a perfect retreat for an oceanfront stay for up to four people. This remodeled condo is decorated in soothing seaside colors and features a beautiful oceanfront swimming pool, quick access to the gorgeous sandy beach and a private balcony overlooking it all. The cooks in your family will appreciate the fully equipped kitchen with full size appliances. While lounging on the fourth floor pool deck you will enjoy an unobstructed view of the stunning Atlantic Ocean with restrooms close by as well as a community room with a small kitchen.

North Myrtle Beach attractions are only minutes away. You can shop at Boulineaus just across the street which offers an IGA full grocery, souvenirs, beach supplies and a delicious salad bar and deli.. Enjoy oceanfront dining at Snooky's, an ice cream at the Dairy Hut and a leisurely stroll to the Cherry Grove Fishing Pier. A short drive north will bring you to famous Calabash seafood and shopping or to the south, Murrells Inlet. Barefoot Landing and the Tanger Outlets are also popular shopping destinations.

When you arrive at Oceans 510 you will be able to use the luggage carts provided to move your belongings and you will gain access to the unit with a combination code. Please leave carts outside in the hallway while unloading your luggage. HOA rules do not allow items to be left on balconies or hallways for safety reasons, thus we ask that you leave your beach chairs, wagons, boogie boards etc. in your vehicle trunk and not store them in the unit.

The Oceans is a non-smoking/vaping building. There is a designated smoking area provided by the beach entrance on the first floor. Owners can be fined for renter violations and we will share those fines with the renter if that occurs.

No Linens are provided. A linen service can be acquired if you arrange when booking. This would include: One set of sheets per bed and two pillow cases per bed, two towels, two wash cloths and two hand towels per guest, one kitchen towel and one dish cloth. The cost would be 75.00 for one bed and two guests and 85.00 for two beds and four guests.
