Overall our stay was very good. The bed and couch were not too comfortable but after all it wasn’t the Hampton Inn. Served us well. Great location!

Great views and wonderful balcony. Solid construction, we did not hear neighbors. Beach and nearby neighborhood was noisy at night with rowdy teens. Unit was clean although small. Barely any room in either bedroom but we didn’t spend much time in bedrooms. Fees are high for cleaning and damage! We certainly did not do any damage and it would be nice if extra dishwasher detergent and garbage bags are provided, especially if renters are expected to take out trash. I’ve never stayed in a place that didn’t provide extra trash bags!

We loved the balcony right on the beach. It was very relaxing watching the dolphins and the waves. We had awesome weather. The owner was very quick to respond to any questions we had. Loved the washer/dryer on site. Would definitely recommend this property to others.

The property was just as described with a very good view of the ocean. The parking garage located underneath the rooms was also great since it rained one of the days that we were there.

We loved our stay here! The condo was perfect for a little get away for our family of 4. Easy access to the beach, quiet building, and a bonus for us was having a washer and dryer right in our unit. We also greatly appreciated that the unit came with a beach umbrella and chairs. We had one very minor issue during our stay and it was addressed and fixed very quickly, which is always appreciated!

This condo was perfect for a family of 4 with 2 teenage boys. It may be small but by no means lacking in any detail. Upon arrival the place was very clean and had everything needed for a week at the beach. You can not beat the view from the balcony overlooking the ocean. The host was also very accommodating. Will definitely stay here again. Thank you for an enjoyable week at the beach.

Location and beach front was perfect for our special time away from Ohio. Was so happy to be there on Easter, was awakened by music about 6am Sunday. Right in front of our balcony a Sunrise Service was happening! The condo was perfect. Actually seemed designed with us in mind!

This is a Live Oak at Brookgreen Gardens, Murrells Inlet. Mikes birthday present was to visit Brookgreen and see the Azaleas. We were a few days late this year, but was still a great visit.
A Spoonbill! One of the newest additions to Brookgreens Nature Preserve.

Check in was very easy. the kitchen was clean however, we did not use it as we never cook when on vacation. We found the rooms to be a bit small.I thought that there was not an iron but we eventually found one in the basket. We loved sitting on the balcony watching the ocean. We also loved how close we were to restaurants and other activities. Would stay again...

Great view, good price

This 7th floor condo is an end unit on the top floor with a great ocean view on a wrap around balcony.Location was great and across street from a food mart and ice cream shop!Smaller space but 2 bedrooms with full bathrooms. All kitchen necessities, a washer/dryer and TVs in every room.Communication with the owner was great.Enjoy!
