Excellent ocean front view

The property was just as described with a very good view of the ocean. The parking garage located underneath the rooms was also great since it rained one of the days that we were there.

Great view, good price

This 7th floor condo is an end unit on the top floor with a great ocean view on a wrap around balcony.Location was great and across street from a food mart and ice cream shop!Smaller space but 2 bedrooms with full bathrooms. All kitchen necessities, a washer/dryer and TVs in every room.Communication with the owner was great.Enjoy!

Location and beach front was perfect for our special time away from Ohio. Was so happy to be there on Easter, was awakened by music about 6am Sunday. Right in front of our balcony a Sunrise Service was happening! The condo was perfect. Actually seemed designed with us in mind!

GREAT LOCATION!

We were so pleased with our condo. Clean, spacious and the view from the balcony was gorgeous. Close to so many restaurants and attractions. Will definitely stay there again.

Great place!

Clean, well-appointed condo as pictured/described. Loved the location - pub next door, ice cream shop around the corner, parasailing (we had a blast) offered right in front of building on the beach. The kids (16 & 11) loved the indoor pool and the outdoor hot tub. The next time we’re planning to come to Myrtle beach (this was our 3rd time) we’ll try to book this property again!

I loved this room it didn’t disappoint at all ! I was very modern , they even had beach chairs on the balcony for us to accommodate. Nice oceanfront view !

Windy November… still a blast

Floors need to be cleaner. Feet black if you walked barefoot… all else was clean. Furnishings were very cheap, but perhaps understandable for a rental property? Only one dish cloth and one dish rag.

Property manager

Enjoyed our stay. Small bedrooms but comfortable. Problem was Evolve, the property manager. The dishwasher didn’t work and it took 4 days to get it fixed. Evolve closes early and opens late. Answering service was no help. Also, there was a notice that pest control was supposed to spray. My wife called Evolve and was told they would check on it. No one ever called back. We put a note on the door not to spray. We have used VRBO many times with very few problems but if we had any question or problems they were handled quickly and in a professional manner. In the future we will stay away from properties managed by Evolve.

Loved the condo with its great view of the ocean and beach.

The place has a big deck to enjoy the view and the breeze. Very nice to be on the top level with lots of light. Bonus to have covered parking in the building, a good restaurant next door, central location next fairly close to activities and the unit was very clean. thanks

Girls trip

Great place to stay, beautiful view of the beach, local to pretty much anywhere you’d want to go. We stayed as a girls trip/Christmas shopping trip and never drove more then twenty to thirty minutes one way to shop anywhere we’d like. Very close to barefoot landing and close to broadway on the beach.

Great place to stay

We loved this place! We will definitely be staying again. The only reason we didn’t give it a 5 star was because the pool was closed and we weren’t notified ahead of time. We had some pretty disappointed kids because apparently the indoor pool isn’t the same in their eyes lol. But, we absolutely loved the unit!
