Glad you and the family had a good experience. We take pride in providing our guests a memorable experience which includes a through cleaning process with each stay as is clear with so many positive reviews. If you found the conditions not to your complete satisfaction I would have been more than happy to send our cleaning crew back over to take care of whatever was needed. We certainly hope this does not deter you from staying with us again in the future.

Perfect in Every Way!

Easy searching through VRBO. Great communications with the owner. The facility allowed for total privacy: no check-in and check-out through a front desk. Very clean and efficiently/attractively appointed, more so than most places we’ve stayed. Thank you Mitch!.

Good older condo, building in need of major cleaning and updates..

Condo was as described. Condo owner was amazing ... building was in need of cleaning and updates..it was very dirty.. elevators were disgusting
Réponse de VrboOwner le 27 juil. 2023
Very surprised at some of the comments. We own and rent several condominium units in the Baywatch complex and have had hundreds of guests and never received feedback such as this. Our building is 22 years old, lobby was redone last year, pool and decks were redone in the last 5. The condominium itself was totally renovated 3 years ago. I wish if you were not happy you let me know. There are 525 one, two and three bedroom apartments in the complex and being directly on the beach sometimes the hallways or elevators can get some sand or wet but our cleaning staff is always on hand making sure everything is clean. Sometimes its just not the right fit. Enjoy the rest of your summer and the 2nd half of 2023. Mitch

Handicapped parking was not the greatest and hard to get out of the one way exit. The parking garage was too far away from Tower I for us to park. ...but was grateful that we were allowed to bring our furry friend. All n all a nice condo.

Hi Terry Glad all in all you enjoyed your stay. Sorry about the handicap parking. The condo does provide extensive handicap parking both directly in front and on every level of the garage but when the condominium is close to capacity with 500+ rooms the parking lot and garage can get tight. Thanks again and hope we see you back in the future. Mitch and Joanne
