Nous avons hâte de voir ce qui a été fait sur place! Le condo parfait pour des vacances à la plage en famille. Les couleurs et la décoration sont très relaxantes. Profitez de la vue directe depuis un très grand balcon accessible depuis la tanière et la chambre principale. La tanière a un écran plat et tout le confort de la maison. Une cuisine entièrement équipée vous attend si vous voulez cuisiner un bon repas et il y a des sièges pour quatre à la table à manger et deux au bar. Puis à quelques pas de là, se trouvent les plages de sable blanc et le magnifique golfe du Mexique. Beaucoup de magasins de plage à proximité pour faire le plein et passer toute la journée à vous amuser au soleil. Des chaises longues et des parasols sont disponibles à la location ainsi que du parachute ascensionnel, des jet-skis et bien plus encore.

La chambre principale a un lit King et une télévision à écran plat. La deuxième chambre a des lits superposés et un lit double, ainsi qu'une télévision à écran plat. Nous avons une piscine (chauffée en hiver), une piscine pour enfants et un grand espace barbecue pour votre plaisir. Il y a Internet sans fil, téléphone, lecteur DVD et laveuse et sécheuse dans l'unité. Vous vous sentirez comme chez vous! À distance de marche des restaurants et des magasins. Il s'agit d'un fabuleux complexe au centre de Gulf Shores.

Toute réservation effectuée avant le 1er octobre pour la saison d'hiver (janvier et février) nécessite un minimum de 60 jours (deux mois). Les réservations effectuées qui ne répondent pas à ces critères sont susceptibles d'être annulées par la direction. Après le 1er octobre, les réservations peuvent être effectuées pour les mois d'hiver à un minimum de trois ou sept nuits, selon les spécifications de l'unité.

Great Gulf of Mexico stay!

The condo was very clean, adequately stocked with towels, and just a few steps from the elevator. Check in and out was a breeze. We would have appreciated a few more essentials like coffee, filters, and a few beach items. The beach was wonderful and the beach service of chairs and umbrellas right outside was well worth the cost.

The unit was comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped. The only negative is there is not adequate lighting as the lamps did not work. The “not main” bedroom was very cute and comfortable.

Great location and a place to relax. I loved being steps to the beach It made it easy to run up to condo for drinks, lunch, or car. The price was right for the condo. Beds were comfy. We all enjoyed our stay :)

Nice Location

This is our second unit to stay in at this property. We really enjoy the location! This unit was in a nice location near the stairs and elevator. We wish it had been cleaner, especially due to COVID 19. I ended up cleaning a lot myself. The knob to turn on the shower/bath needs replacing. But you can’t beat the location of these condos!

Beautiful inside and out!

We spent 3 nights in this beautiful space! The updated colors and furnishings were beachy and "user friendly" with our 2 boys! The patio looked over the pool and has a large table to enjoy lunch. The unit is located on the 2nd floor across from the elevator, steps away from the parking lot and pool/beach access. Comfy beds, pillows and linens were provided. If I had to give any feedback it would be to hang a curtain with black out in the front bedroom and possibly have a inexpensive hair dryer in one of the bathroom cabinets. Overall, great location, price, furnishings, view and seamless check in and check out! We will be back!

nice condo and location

The condo was very nice and as described. However, the condo has a minimal supply of necessities or a starter pack of trash bags, toilet paper, etc (there actually wasn't any dish detergent at all). So be prepared to buy these needed items. The floors were not clean and had not been properly mopped in a good while ( if you wiped the floor with a paper towel it was black) along with the balcony which had a build up of sand and dirt. I gave check in 3 star because a door code would be more convenient. There were several maintenance issues but Philip the property manager was prompt to address these. Overall, nice condo and location and would recommend although housekeeping should be addressed.

Not terrible for the price.

Nice location. Close to all the the restaurants. Pool was closed for repairs. No repair work happened during our visit (there was a big hurricane in June). If you want to cook for a family of 4, bring some of your own cookware. Stove have 4 burners but you only have one piece of cookware for that stove (2 now. We purchased one that we left behind.). Half the light bulbs were burned out. A simple email and this was resolved the next day. I hated the kitchen countertop. It looks like salmonella poisoning waiting to happen. Overview: This was not a bad place. One big thing you must consider when renting one of these condos is will the owner respond and resolve your issues and complaints in a reasonable timeframe. The owners of this unit did so, at least for the one simple complaint we mentioned.

Pleasant stay

The staff at Poole and Associates were very accommodating and quick to reply to any needs or concerns. They worked with me when the card I originally reserved with had expired and I had a late check-in and when I called about a slow drain, they responded and had someone over promptly. The complex is in a great location and the beach was super close! Didn't understand the front half of the parking lot being roped off? Made it a pain to maneuver in a large SUV. As far as the actual condo goes, it was clean and nicely decorated. Couch was super comfortable to sleep on ( never made out to a bed). A few things I would comment on are the fact that the 2nd bedroom (bunk bed room) needs some sort of room-darkening curtains. The blinds do nothing to block light so when the sun is up, the room gets BRIGHT! The top bunk bed mattress was very uncomfortable to sleep on, mostly due to the plastic waterproof cover. The bed was not made up and the sheets were stained. Also, the closet in that room was crammed full of stuff so that we could not use it to put anything in. The linens in the ottoman/table in the den were also stained. I don't mean for this to sound so negative. We absolutely had a great time! These are just some things that I feel would make a future stay even better!

We are not sure why part of the parking lot was roped off, and understand that it mad it more difficult (thought I am sure the building had a good reason to do so). Perfect view

This is the second time staying at this complex, first time in this unit. Pick another one, for the money you can get a Much cleaner and we’ll maintained unit!! We saw Roaches in the kitchen!, yes Roaches!!! Had to leave the lights on the rest of the stay hoping they wouldn’t come out. This created extra cleaning for me, not something you want to be doing on vacation. The counter tops are horrible and need to be replaced. The floors are in bad need of a good cleaning, they left our feet black. Paint spots everywhere. Master bath toilet paper holder was broken. Hole in the wall in the shower. Chair on porch was broke so the four of us couldn’t sit out and enjoy a meal. The return vent was covered with dust. Very gross! The master bedroom king bed was amazing!! The view is amazing!!! Proximity to the pool and beach for these two buildings just can’t be beat!! That’s why we came back to Surfside . Very nice lawn for playing yard game while cooking out. We had friends with us in the same building and their place was amazing and clean!!! I was embarrassed to have them come to our unit. We ate at their place. The review on this unit leads you to believe they had done some updates but that was not the case. Everything everyone complained about was still an issue. Would go back to Surfside just not unit..

Unit only had 2 towels and 2 wash clothes, called for more and they never came, had to buy some. This was a non smoking unit, the note on the fridge said you could smoke on the balcony w/doors closed, security showed up. Other than that it was ok.

We had a great vacation in this condo. The cleaning staff did not update the system of being completed, so we waited a bit longer than I think we had to for checking in. Other than that, everything was great.

Great location

This property and spot is in a great location, especially if you have children. Loved being super close to the beach and the pool. Only downside was the cleanliness and unfinished repairs inside the condo. Lots of chipped paint on the walls, spackle spots that hadn’t been painted yet, and a lot of dirty pans in the oven. The patio could use a good power wash as well. I did love the double full bunk beds for the kids and the extra deep couch as well as the decor! Was a little disappointed for the amount of money spent but still an overall good experience.

Loved this condo!

I was pleasantly surprised at how neat this condo is! WE area family of 5 and could have easily slept 2-3 more people in this condo. Couch folds out and makes queen bed and we did not realize this. Furniture is comfy and balcony view is great!

Perfect location and amazing place to stay

This is the second year in a row we have stayed in this exact unit. We actually changed our original vacation days so that we could stay in this unit because we like it so well. It is right on the beach. The condo is clean and nicely decorated. You feel very relaxed here. We had an issue with a light not working when we first got there, but we called the number and someone came out right away and fixed it and was super polite about it. The one thing I was not happy about this year was that there were two very large groups staying there. (A baseball group and a youth group?) They tore things off the doors in the elevators, left messes on the floors in the lobby, even took my beach chairs (I found them by the pool). I didn’t let it ruin my vacation, but I really hope the big group thing doesn’t become an issue in the future because I really do love this unit.

Our unit was very clean, and the beds were very comfortable. There are some things in the unit that need minor repairs. The left door to the balcony in the livingroom will not stay closed unless it is locked. The door to the hot water closet isn't working so I could never get to the broom. The drain to the refrigerator seems to be stopped up. Water is puddling inside the refrig. These were not things that ruined our stay; I just think they need to be repaired. I would stay in this unit again.

The condo was beautiful. It was so nice to be right on the beach. Our stay was perfect.

I would stay again

As a family with kids it is important for us to find places that are very family friendly! This was perfect for us. If we ever visit this location again I would definitely stay here!
