The Space:

Valley Villa LA is a stunning 3-bedroom vacation rental home with endless amenities, two exits from Universal Studios and close to all the best attractions Los Angeles has to offer.



The newly renovated and professionally designed home offers three spacious bedrooms, two bathrooms (one of which is en-suite in the master), a fully equipped gourmet kitchen and a large built-in bar featuring an ice machine, a beverage and wine fridge, and a Keurig coffee machine. The living room has oversized reclining leather sofas, a double reclining loveseat, a gas fireplace, and 65-inch television.



Double custom iron French doors open up to a gorgeous fully furnished private outdoor patio with a dining table, fire pit, lounge area, and beautiful pool with heater where guests can relax. State of the art washer and dryer and new appliances in the kitchen make this home perfect for families and business travelers alike.



The Neighborhood:

Quiet safe family friendly neighborhood, very close to restaurants and entertainment.



Other Things to Note:

Mobility ramps are available for step-free access free of charge. Please let us know if you will be needing them prior to your arrival.



Pool heating:

Pool Heating is at an additional cost of $169/day with a 3-day minimum. It takes a day to heat the pool so let us know 48 hrs. before check-in if you want the pool heated and at what temperature. *89-92 is recommended. Pricing may increase depending on the current rates of the gas company.



BBQ:

Please note we provide a BBQ grill and empty propane tanks. If you would like our staff to fill up the propane tank for you it's $69/per tank. Otherwise, the tanks can be filled at a nearby propane gas station or store for only the cost of the propane. Please let us know if you have any questions.



Keys:

Any Missing keys to the property will be subjected to a $150 fee per set of keys.



Clickers:

Any gate/garage clickers missing to the property will be subjected to a $100 per clicker



This home is pet friendly and there is a $250 pet cleaning fee. This fee is per pet.



Alarm System: not offered with the listing. This is for owner use only when property is vacant.



For rentals of 30 days or longer, a flat, non-refundable utilities fee is required. This fee is calculated based on the size of the property and seasonal usage, and must be paid upfront.

Thank you for your reservation! Please note that for bookings made after 4 PM or for same-day arrivals, we may not always have time to fully refresh the property before your check-in, depending on the timing of your reservation.
