The master bedroom features a king-size bed and an ensuite bathroom, while the second bedroom offers a queen bed. The third bedroom boasts two queen beds and an ensuite bathroom, and the fourth bedroom features a queen-size bed.

To keep your beach experience safe and enjoyable, please review the guidelines below. The beach is located 2 minutes by complimentary shuttle or 8 minutes walking from the resort.

📍 Beach Check-In
Before settling in, please stop by the beach hut to check in with the team.
Beach service hours: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Chairs may be used only after check-in and not before 9:00 AM

For your convenience, ETARU is the exclusive provider of food and drinks on the beach. Let ETARU bring refreshment right to your chair!

🚫 Items Not Allowed on the Beach
To maintain a clean and enjoyable environment, the following are prohibited:
- Personal coolers
- Outside food
- Food delivery services (Uber Eats, etc.)
- BBQs or grills

📌 Beach Etiquette
To ensure comfort and fairness for all guests, please keep the following in mind:
- One guest per chair (Children under 12 may share a chair with an adult.)
- No sitting or placing items between chairs
- No reserving chairs — they are first come, first served
- No smoking in the chair area
- Assigned chairs only
- Towels must remain on the beach and be returned at the end of the day
- Personal beach equipment (chairs, umbrellas, etc.) is not permitted on Heed Beach

Additionally, the building offers a fitness center, cafeteria, open business center with computers and printers, and complimentary shuttle service to the beach just three minutes away. At the beach, guests can enjoy chair and towel service for an additional fee.

Guests are granted access to the entire apartment and all building amenities, including the guest pool located on the ground floor. However, access to the rooftop owners` pool is excluded.

The Beachwalk`s exceptional location places it within close proximity to beaches, renowned restaurants, and the world-famous Gulfstream Park, offering dining, horse racing, and casino entertainment to the west. A short distance to the south leads to the renowned Aventura Mall or the vibrant nightlife of South Beach, while heading north to Fort Lauderdale provides access to more shopping and dining options, as well as the convenience of Fort Lauderdale airport.

Uber, Lyft, cabs, rental cars. Within walking distance, guests will find shops such as Starbucks, Panera, various restaurants, supermarkets (Publix, Winn Dixie), and Walmart, ensuring convenience and accessibility throughout their stay. Valet parking fees:

1-7 days: $28 per vehicle per day
8-10 days: $25 per vehicle per day
11-19 days: $250 per stay
20-30 days: $295 per stay
(Plus applicable taxes)

Pool towels (available on a first-come, first-served basis)
Additional beach chairs and umbrellas are available for a fee.

Please note that there is a $30 daily resort fee per unit and a $250 refundable security deposit paid upon arrival at the front desk.

We also offer tiered resort fee prices based on the length of your stay:
$25 per day for stays of 7–15 days
$20 per day for stays of 15–29 days
$300 per month for stays of 30 days.
Stays exceeding 30 days are charged $300 + $10 per additional day

A 4% card fee will apply in the event of a cancellation that results in a refund.
