Come stay in this newly renovated, very spacious and bright, luxury 5 bedroom + 3 bathroom home. Located in Hancock Park, this luxurious home can sleep guests comfortably and includes amenities such as free Wi-Fi Internet, WIFI TV, Washer dryer, Central AC / Heat, & parking spot. We are also very central to all sightseeing Los Angeles has to offer. (We are within 5-30 minutes to almost everything.) Walk to places of worship, markets and restaurants. PLEASE NOTE THAT ONLY 8 GUESTS CAN STAY HERE.

This 5 bedroom home rivals the look & feel of many upscale stays and we highly recommend its location and list of amenities. Professionally furnished & kept very clean, it can sleep people comfortably & is in close walking distance to restaurants, markets & places of worship. Sightseeing is a breeze as we are within 10-40 minutes of the beach, Hollywood, & other attractions.

PLEASE NOTE THAT DUE TO PREVIOUS GUEST ABUSE, THIS HOUSE IS ONLY TAKING RESERVATIONS FOR A MAXIMUM OF 8 PEOPLE AT THIS TIME.

Good location, within walking distance to many shops, restaurants and short driving distance to malls and shopping areas. Place was clean on arrival. Beds were not the most comfortable but passable.

The home was lovely and perfect for our 3-generation-family vacation. Home was exactly as advertised. The property manager was wonderful and super responsive. The parking only allows for one car in the driveway, and we had 3, but while long-term parking on the street was restricted to permit holders, we were always able to find parking easily half a block away. Neighborhood is charming and safe. Super close to LACMA and the Academy of Motion Pictures Museum, which is not to be missed, as well as The Grove. It was also within easy walking distance to many of the area's orthodox synagogues, which was important for my husband. It also had some nice touches that made celebrating Shabbat super easy. Will definitely book again, if available the next time we visit L.A.

Nice, but know this


We stayed 3-night for our son’s 2025 college graduation in May. The house was easy to find and check-in a breeze. We drove down from Nor Cal in a couple of SUV. 1st issue is parking. There are neighborhood signs saying street parking requires a permit and none was provided. There is one spot to park in from the a gate. If you have a tiny car, you can pull in past the gate to park alongside the house. Our intermediate rental suv couple not pass through the small gate. Rooms are big enough and clean bedding was great. The backyard was small but nice enough. I never could figure out how to turn on the outside lights so we didn’t use it at all. There were ants in the kitchen. We didn’t cook there and just put all our snacks in the fridge. There were 2 wine glasses total in the house. For a 5br home, I would suggest buying a simple set of 8 wine glasses.

Great family vacation house

This house was perfect for the amount of people we had with us. There was plenty of sleeping space and bathrooms. The house is upgraded nicely on the inside. We didn't use any outdoor space but it looked nice. The location was right in the middle of the two reasons we went, universal studios and the chargers game. Would definitely stay here againThe only thing I would keep in mind is there is only one space in the driveway for a car. We didn't have issues with parking. But just something to think about.
