This house was recently remodeled and is perfect for entertaining a large family or large group that is looking to explore everything Denver has to offer! Right in the middle of all the action you are a quick walk to RINO and downtown Denver. Visiting for a Rockies or Broncos game you are no more than a 10-minute uber away. The house is extremely spacious with more than enough bathrooms. Come Check out Denver in this beautiful home!

The Stout House was perfect for our needs! It's a beautiful home that is walking distance to restaurants, shops and transportation. If walking isn't your thing, ride share services are easy to order and the neighborhood is centrally located. The house has everything you need for your stay and is clean and well organized. Even more, if you need anything at all, the hosts are very quick to reply and help!

Great house.

The location is great. We went to Coors Field for a Rockies game and fireworks. Walking is a little far but an Uber or Lyft are perfect. Walking around downtown was great too.

Great space for a group

Plenty of space for a group of 10 and perfectly located near downtown Denver. Hosts were responsive and friendly. Listing is accurate. We had a wonderful visit.

The property was terrific with the perfect location. Walking distance to Coors Field, etc. Beautifully restored historic home with modern amenities. The home is updated but they kept the historic charm. Example, crown molding, fireplace, floors, etc. Very well done. Would absolutely stay here again.

A spacious stay near downtown

This house was perfect for large groups. There were plenty of beds and three AMAZING bathrooms with plenty of luxurious bathroom products. The kitchen was beautiful, modern, and fully stocked with pots, pans, plates and utensils for cooking sumptuous meals. Thank you for a wonderful stay in Denver.

Live like a local

The home while in the heart of downtown was quiet, nicelyappointed and just right for our NCAA tourney trip to Denver (4 adult males - 60). The bathrooms were the showplace of the stay. The kitchen is nicely updated and blended well with the comfy original character of the home. The front porch was great for passing time Walkable to restaurants, bars. Andrea was most accommodating. Would stay again and recommend to friends.

Quaint & Nicely Renovated

Our stay was just wonderful! This is a quaint, lovely little property with nice updates and modern renovations. Our group was comfortable with nice sleeping spaces, clean bathrooms, & a perfect place for meetings. The property is walkable to a variety of downtown activities. It is located in the heart of downtown. As such, guests should expect standard downtown happenings! Hosts were excellent communicators and very timely and clear with arrival and departure expectations . . . thank you so much!

Graduation and Vacation

The property was clean and spacious. The owner was excellent to communicate with. The home was stocked with all necessary items. The location was a quick walk to groceries and a quick Uber to all things in Denver. We found the living room missing furniture (compared to photos) seating for 4 a bit tight with a group of 7 and the heating system seemed too hot on 1st floor & too cold on 2nd floor. Those 2 things aside, we enjoyed the home and had an amazing vacation. Thank you Andrea!

Beautiful, clean, and spacious!

Loved this home-exactly as it appeared in the photos. It accommodated 6 adults and two tweens. About a 15 minute walk or quick scooter ride to the 16th street mall. The host was fabulous and very responsive when we needed more towels. There were extra pillows and bedding which was nice. Also loved there was a variety of coffee pots to use. Only negative were the number of homeless people nearby but we expected it since it was downtown Denver. They didn’t bother us and we felt very secure in the home. Two hour parking right in the front of the house was very convenient. After the first night of paying for parking elsewhere we talked to a neighbor who said he had never seen anyone receive a ticket. We took a chance and we did not get ticketed for our two vehicles parked there for the rest of the weekend- not recommending anyone break the parking regs, but thought this info would be helpful.

Good for family with baby

Spacious open area with kitchen, dining and living room for family. Could use more LR seating. Accommodated a baby with high chair and pack n play. Three bedrooms upstairs with two bathrooms, one small room downstairs with washer/dryer in closet, and bathroom downstairs. Nice modern kitchen with amenities. Two upgraded nice bathrooms. Easy entry code on front door. Quick response to requests. We were allowed early check in and late check out. Parking is on street. We lucked out each time and found a spot for our large truck. Downtown location. Easy walks to 16th street and other eateries. Homeless hangout on corner block that you have to walk through. Noisy street with some drag racing and lots of sirens and homeless shouting at each other.
