Loved the location, cleanliness and the amenities of this rental. We have been to Sedona 4 times and this by far was our favourite rental. Quick response from hosts with our questions and the unit provided almost everything we needed. Our own parking spot was a bonus! If you are considering a few properties for your vacation, pick this one! We truly enjoyed staying in this complex.

This was a wonderful place to stay while exploring Sedona. It was so comfortable and relaxing and nice to come home to every night. My dog and I loved it and the property was great for taking him for walks! I would definitely stay here again.

My family had a great time staying here. Everything we needed was available. My kids especially liked the pickleball paddles for the court right outside the door. The outdoor pool was great!!

This review will be short and sweet because the VRBO site failed when I wrote a longer one. Need to get that fixed or I won't be writing any reviews again. This property is ideally located within walking distance to everything you could possibly need on a vacation. The condo was perfect sized and the property has great amenities. Will definitely look to stay here again in the future.

Recently stayed here for 3 nights for a girls weekend. The check in process was very easy. The condo looks like the pictures and plenty of space, great starters like paper towel, soap, shampoo etc. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes, silverware etc. One note is the coffee maker listed in amenities is a Keurig and some coffee pods are in the condo which was very nice. The beds were very comfortable, living room was also comfortable and great to relax in after a day of hiking. We used the pool as well which was nice to have but not heated as noted. Pickle ball/tennis courts were well maintained too. Parking was convenient and happy to have a carport as it was pouring rain one day. The location of the condo is fabulous--it is across the street from a very nice grocery store which we visited twice as well as a great breakfast restaurant right next to it. The condo is also kiddie corner from two restaurants (Butterfly Burger and Pisa Lisa) that were great. It was so nice to be able to walk to them. It is also located about 5 min from the Bell Rock Path/Trailhead and Balwdin trailhead, both which we hiked.It is about a 15 min drive to get to Sedona, but we liked staying outside of Sedona which was crowded and had horrible traffic when we were there. The only potential negative is you can hear neighbors above walking around and can hear some water running similar to what you would hear at a hotel. We didn't find it disruptive at all .

We really enjoyed the condo, with the two big rooms and each have their own bathroom. The area surounding the condo is nice and it is quite near of the big attractions (shops, hikes, etc)

Great condo! Great location!

This condo was the perfect place for our family’s hiking spring break trip! Plenty of room for our family of 4 (kids age 10 and 13). Close to hikes, restaurants and loved the pickleball courts to use after our days of exploring!

This place was in a great location. I’m so glad we stayed here vs. in Sedona. It was conveniently located close to all the activities and an easy mid-day stop to rest, hang by the pool, and recharge before heading back out for late afternoon hikes or dinner. The hot tub was great at night for star gazing. Take a flashlight though, there are very few lights after dark.

The apartment was immaculate. Every single thing we could’ve possibly needed was supplied. Exceeded my expectations. Highly recommend and would stay again. Every detail was thought of including a stepstool, laundry detergent, some Ziploc bags, literally everything we could’ve possibly needed. We’ll stay here again if I return to Sedona.
