Welcome to Sedona Oak Creek A7, a fully remodeled single-level condo nestled in the picturesque Oak Creek Estados community. Surrounded by the majestic red rock vistas and offering amazing community amenities. Located in the charming Village of Oak Creek, you're steps away from Sedona's best shops, dining spots, hiking trails, and many other iconic attractions. This condo is ideally positioned for those looking to explore the scenic beauty of Sedona while enjoying amazing amenities and convenient access to outdoor adventures.
This single level condo sits on the first floor and offers 1,152 square feet with two bedrooms and two bathrooms to sleep up to six guests.
Guests are welcomed through the property's front door, which opens into a spacious main living area that combines the living room, dining, and kitchen spaces.
Living Room: The open contemporary design provides a comfortable atmosphere, showcasing a queen sleeper sofa sectional, Smart TV, electric fireplace, and a small desk area. The living room also offers access to a charming back patio. In addition, we have added a chair to the living room to provide extra seating options, and two more chairs have been placed on the patio table.
Kitchen: The fully equipped kitchen boasts stainless steel appliances, including a four-burner electric range. Whether you're a culinary enthusiast or just want to whip up quick snacks, you'll find everything you need for a delightful cooking experience.
Dining area: Gather around the large wood dining table illuminated by a contemporary chandelier, with seating for 6.
Bedrooms/Bathrooms:
Master bedroom â King bed, a 50â Smart TV for private viewing, ample dresser space, and an en suite bathroom with a dual sink vanity and a tub/shower combo.
Bedroom 2 â King bed, a 43â Smart TV, dresser, and an en suite bathroom boasting a single sink vanity and a large glass shower
Outdoor spaces:
The private covered patio offers outdoor seating.
Community Amenities
There is a communal pool, two hot tubs and tennis courts available for guest use. There are also community BBQ grills.
The pool and spa is open year round from 8am to 10pm. The water for the pool will only be heated in the months of March, April and May at 80 degrees. During the summer months the pool naturally heats to around 85 degrees. The winter months the pool will be kept at 50 degrees to maintain the tile. Children under the age of 14 are not allowed in the hot tub(s). No animals allowed in the pool, spa or tennis/pickleball areas.
