Great location to both downtown and RMNP. The facilities were clean and all basic necessities met. Beware, however, that the pull-out sofa is miserable to sleep on. Would not recommend for more than two people. Overall, my family and I would stay again!

Pros: Great location, convenient to downtown and to RMNP, amenities were perfect for a two night stay with just my husband and ICons: a bit smaller than imagined from pics (just a bit hard to navigate at 36 weeks pregnant), parking was tough and we only had one car.

We enjoyed the stay so much. Everything was excellent with the exception of the sofa. It was very uncomfortable to sit on and relax after a full day of exploring. It really needs to be replaced. Overall it was a great place to stay the 5 days.

The only thing negative I would say is the toilet paper roll holders in both bathrooms and a hand towel holder were broke. I went to change the roll out then I had struggle getting the pieces back together. I saw the other bathroom was just like it and I did not attempt to change it, we just left it. I just touched the hand towel and the holder fell off the wall, I don’t know how someone could have placed the clean towels on it without knowing. Other than that, my husband and I enjoyed our stay.

The property location is excellent for visiting Rocky Mountain NP, close to grocery and restaurants. The swimming pool in the community is not close to the property, a good 7-10 minutes walk and not a convenient thing to do in wet clothes on the way back. The check in process could be smoother if hosts share a map of the property or some photos. The address, when entered in google, points to the lodge haus...which is not where the unit we stayed in was located. Hot tub in the facility is good. Kitchen is very well equipped. Both the bathrooms were clean and had plenty of towels. All in all a great place for family vacation, a little more clear directions would certainly make navigating the place easier.

This was the perfect getaway for my husband and I. The condo was amazing, ideal for two -- the fireplaces, the amazingly comfortable bed and bedding were heavenly. We did freezing hikes and loved the hot tub, even in 3 weather! The stargazing was remarkable from the hot tub. We went to Two Owls restaurant for an over the top meal, caffeinated ourselves at Coffee on the Rocks, and had a great time in RMNP.

The only complaint we would have about this property was the loud upstairs guests. You can definately hear everything. Otherwise the property was enjoyable im sure it would be very relaxing if the family above had some respect for others. We would use skyview again.

Pros: Good communication. Fireplacewas awesome. Hot tub was great. Cons: Dishwasher struggled to work. Limited hot water. Took awhile to plow the parking lot after snow storm. View is obstructed by other buildings.

Thank you for your feedback and for highlighting the communication, fireplaces and hot tub! We're glad you enjoyed those parts of your stay! We appreciate your comments regarding the dishwasher and will look into that. For the hot water, the condo is set up similarly to most residential homes where the water heater may need a little time to replenish between multiple showers. The city and HOA crews work hard to keep all the roads and parking areas cleared during ongoing storms, they can be in only some many places at once. As for the views, building placement within the complex can differ by each unit location!

The property was very clean and was as pictured. The views were incredible. The entire process with check in and checkout was very straight forward. We really enjoyed the hot tub. We definitely recommend this rental to anyone going to RMNP. We stay here agin if we’re ever back in the area.
