Great spot, very clean and with a well-appointed kitchen and excellent grill we enjoyed on the private patio. We came for the rut and could hear them at the golf course which is nearby. The bedding is nice, lots of charming decorations— and the location for getting into the park is superb. Very nice big bathtub in the primary. Also it’s in a quiet little area, loved staying here!

Very nice 2 bedroom place with the use of a two car garage. Nicely located and peaceful. It had a very nice clean gas grill on the patio.

Condo exactly an advertise. Well stocked kitchen. Plenty of space. We saw mule deer and elk in the neighborhood which was as added benefit. The only negative is the main bedroom and bath were hot at night. We used the fans provided but the temp stayed around 75 degrees which is pretty warm for October. We did open the bedroom window and that helped some. Neighborhood seemed very safe. Would stay here again.

We appreciate your feedback regarding the temperature in the main bedroom. Because of our high altitude, night temperatures in October generally drop into the 40s. Opening the windows usually cools the property down very quickly, but we will make sure the property fans are working perfectly and look into ways to improve air circulation in that specific room. Great location! We loved the grill and the covered deck for car games:) Garage is a great perk! The place was warm even with the windows open- but the host did provide box fans.

We had a very comfortable stay. The kitchen was well-equipped, though it could have used a stepstool - I'm short, and getting to anything on the upper shelves was almost impossible. Both bedrooms were comfortable, and the showers had good water pressure.

Clean and convenient

Our stay in Estes Park was so much fun. The condo was great for relaxing after a long day of hiking. It was clean and had everything we needed. The location was perfect for easy access to Rocky Mountain NP.

This condo is in a great location just few minute drive to downtown and about 15-20 minutes from the RMNP depending on traffic. The area was quiet with lots of wildlife nearby! The condo was equipped with everything you need for your stay. The mattress on the pullout couch is smaller and thin as most of them are, so it’s better suited for kids than adults. The other two beds were extremely comfortable! Do note, this condo does not have central AC. Several of the days we were there were quite hot in the upper 80’s-90’s however opening all of the windows and using fans brought in great mountain air. We slept with the windows open every night and were never bothered. The back porch is a great place to watch the sunrise up over the mountains and have a cup of coffee. Enjoy your stay!!

Communication was great throughout planning. The cabin perfectly accommodated our family for an early holiday visit. The kitchen was very well equipped with dishes and cookware to prepare a holiday meal. Toys and games kept our little ones occupied. Would definitely recommend.
