Aspen Grove Getaway is 1.3 miles to downtown Estes Park and 3.9 miles to the Beaver Meadows (South) entrance of Rocky Mountain National Park.

This charming townhome is located just minutes away from Estes Park's 18-hole golf course. Enjoy the best of both worlds with a private, secluded feel while still maintaining easy access to the town center and outdoor activities.

Aspen Grove Getaway is the upper level of the townhome. The lower level of the townhome is also available as a vacation rental (see our Wild Flower listing.)

Enter into the open-concept living room, which branches off into the kitchen and dining area on one side and the master bedroom suite on the other.

A queen bedroom sits just off the entryway next to a full bath. The washer and dryer are located across the hall.

Curl up and watch TV in the living room, which features a gas fireplace.

The kitchen is equipped with full-size appliances and cooking essentials, including a gas stove, and the adjacent dining area can seat six. The door from the kitchen leads out to the private deck, which features a propane grill for guest use.

The master bedroom features a king-size bed, an ensuite full bath, and a walk-in closet.

This unit is part of the The Bobcat Ridge HOA which means guests need to abide by HOA rules and regulations. There is absolutely no smoking, inside or out, anywhere in the complex. The units are in close proximity to each other.

Please be aware that you are among the locals who work and quiet hours are strictly enforced after 9 p.m.

Management provides a starter kit of amenities to get you through your first day, additional supplies and toiletries can be purchased in town.

Long-term reservations of 14+ days require mid-stay property safety checks or mid-stay clean. Safety checks are at no additional charge. Mid-stay cleanings include linens change, floors, bathrooms and light surface cleaning. Mid-stay services are charged to the guest, and charges can only be added after your reservation is made. GREAT property, GREAT location, GREAT host! This property was literally three minutes away from town by car (ok...five if you hit the traffic light), was VERY clean, nicely stocked kitchen, and had comfortable beds. Loved the views of the mountains both by day and by night as well as the elk that walked down the street outside our window several times during our stay. Host was fantastic; communicative and responded quickly to any emails. We also enjoyed the deck with the four-seater bistro set and grill. Highly recommend!
Elk were EVERYWHERE (early October).  This herd walked past our window several times during our stay.

Mountain Hiking Trip

Generally speaking, I liked this property and it is as advertised. Conveniently located and tons of wildlife. However, if you require AC when you sleep, this place may not be for you. For example, we came during a time when it was 40 F in the mornings and around 70 F in the afternoons/evenings (Late Sept). As advertised, there is no AC, however the cool mountain air did not do a good job cooling down the apartment at night. And we had all the windows open. So, if AC is important to you and it is Summertime, Spring, Fall but not yet cold, you might want to look elsewhere. The other thing we noticed is that, you are above another apartment and when you walk, you easily make noise, I felt a bit guilty for this. Keep this in mind, if you do decide to stay here. Other than that, it is a nice property, worth the consideration.

We stayed in Estes Park for about a week and loved it! We appreciated how family friendly this location was. There were some toys for the kids, sleds, a backpack infant carrier, high chair, etc. It was super accommodating for us as a young family. (Side note: the pack-n-play is a mini version, so a big baby or toddler may not be able to stretch out, but it didn't cause any problems for us! Just a heads up so others can plan accordingly.) Half way through our stay, the heat went out in the house, and SkyRun was quick to respond. They showed up with brand new space heaters to keep us comfy while they worked to figure out the problem. When they realized it wouldn’t be a quick fix, they upgraded us to a different house AND extended our stay. They were very apologetic about the situation and made it clear that they wanted to help us in any way they could. We felt cared about as people rather than just customers. We would definitely recommend this property, and would feel pretty comfortable recommending any location hosted by SkyRun.

Our stay in Estes Park was so much fun. The condo was great for relaxing after a long day of hiking. It was clean and had everything we needed. The location was perfect for easy access to Rocky Mountain NP.

It is a top floor duplex/townhome

There are a few areas that should be clarified on the listing. It is a top floor duplex/townhome. You have a private entrance, access to the garage, and a play area. However, you are above someone the whole time and this is an issue if you have little kids, like we did. Also, you are not next to empty fields like the windows in the pictures make you believe. You are in the middle of a neighborhood with no field space bc every side of the house backs up to someone else’s backyard. The home was very clean, management incredibly helpful, and easy quick access to town. We had just hoped to be in an area where our kids can run and this was not the home.

Comfortable and spacious home in lovely surroundings

We really enjoyed our stay at this lovely home. It was just as described. Very well equipped, comfortable beds and located a few minutes from the centre of Estes Park. It’s in a quiet location surrounded by pine trees. There’s plenty of outdoor space to enjoy the good weather. Communication with the property owner was excellent, all messages were dealt with promptly. We encountered no problems at all. We would highly recommend this property. A definite 5 stars.
