L'évasion parfaite! Situation idéale à proximité des centres commerciaux, golf, aéroport et de nombreuses plages. Courte distance en voiture de la rue Main Hyannis restaurants, pubs et les ferries et les îles!

Maison comprend les draps, ustensiles, épices et bien plus encore. Belle cour, barbecue pour un barbecue et s'asseoir près du foyer et rôti de guimauves avec les enfants. Yard a été clôturé pour un sentiment plus isolé. Les propriétaires sont très fiers de partager avec les locataires attentionnés. Une excellente location familiale. Excellent pour des vacances en famille sans le coût élevé d'un centre de villégiature. Échapper à la cape!

The cottage was wonderful. Kitchen fully stocked of any appliances you could possibly need. Very cozy feel, but plenty big enough. The dog accommodations were better than expected. Very pet friendly.

We had a very nice stay and it was a good location close to beaches, ferry, bike trail, downtown Hyannis and many good restaurants. The back yard was great for our pup. The house was clean and very comfortable. We really enjoyed our week at the Cape.

Roomy house with great backyard

The house had everything we needed; our dog enjoyed playing ball in the large backyard, and the hosts were great to work with.

Perfect Cape escape

This was our family’s 2nd stay at this property and I cannot say enough great things! The house is charming and clean, and is in a great, centrally located area. Close to Main Street Hyannis and so many restaurants. Property manager was wonderful as well - would highly recommend!

Home away from home

We really enjoyed our stay! The house was very clean and comfortable. The back deck and the fenced in yard were great to send our kids outside to play and not have to worry about them. The property is close to shopping and restaurants. We definitely would stay again!

Great Little Gem in the Heart of Hyannis

Very welcoming, comfortable and convenient. Joyce was fantastic and got us in early. The yard was perfect for our dog and the house provided all the comforts of home! Highly recommend this adorable house.

Perfect cottage!

We loved staying in this cute cottage. Comfortable beds and sofa, GREAT shower, perfect fenced-in yard - very well-appointed. Very close to beaches, shopping & mini golf! Very dog-friendly, with special slip covers (we had brought out own sheets to cover the furniture and didn't need them!) and a completely fenced-in yard - our dogs loved the yard and so did we! Hoping to visit the Cape again next year and will DEFINITELY want to stay here then!

Wonderful rental

We truly enjoyed our stay at this warm and wonderful house. The house itself was emaciate. It has anything you would need for your stay. Loved the fenced in backyard. Would truly rent again. Joy the owner was so kind to deal with, and always answered our questions. House is close to everything beaches restaurants and shops.

Nice little place

We had a lovely stay. The location of the house was not exactly what I was expecting (was hoping for more of a quintessential Cape Cod neighborhood, instead it is located a stone's throw from a very busy road and commercial area) but the proximity being mid-cape is great. We were very close to beaches, ferry, whale watch, Hyannis main street. There is a large backyard which was ideal for our dog. The owner was easy to reach and quick to respond. For a small family who wants to be in the center of it all, I would recommend.

Nice one bath cottage

We really enjoyed being close to beaches with the beach passes provided! The back yard was perfect for our small dog. We enjoyed backyard wildlife in between outings! Check in was easy but check out was more than we expected (bagging linens putting trash out exoected to restock toilet paper(whish we didnt have a chance to do). There really is only one bathroom as the second bathroom is only an outdoir showerso if you have a bigger group keep that in mind!overall great experience! We loved the area!

I’ll keep going back

This was our second year going to this charming house in Hyannis. We will definitely keep going back year after year because it has everything we are looking for. The private fenced in yard for our pup with the large deck. The house has everything that you could possibly need. The hosts have thought of everything. And it is clean and comfy. See you next year.

Just like home!

We had 9 wonderful days in this quaint home in Cape Cod. Everything was perfect. Anytime I contacted the owner, Joyce, I received quick responses. She made the check in process so easy. She even left water bottles cooling in the fridge and a bottle of delicious wine to enjoy on the beautiful patio. Everything in the home was clean and comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked with all the appliances and pots and pans you would need. The backyard was great for our Bichon. He loved the huge fenced in yard. We loved sitting on the large back deck in the morning enjoying a cup of coffee and then relaxing out there each evening to watch the sun set. All the cute outdoor lights that came on automatically each night were magical. The home is close to everything you need—stores, restaurants, highways. We will definitely return.

AAA+++ Property

What a great property. From the moment we stepped inside to the smell of clean. Such a nice well stocked and appointed rental with everything you could possibly need. The oversized deck and fully fenced in yard with privacy fencing was perfect. I don’t know who enjoyed it more, us or our pup. Having everything we could possibly need was well thought out and very much appreciated. The beach pass to all 15 of the Barnstable beaches was great. We used it at several of the beaches and they were wonderful. The house is in a convenient location close to everything. PJ’s was so close and they have the best and most authentic wings outside of Buffalo. And check out the Mayflower Brazilian Bakery right down the street, great breakfasts. Overall we plan to definitely return to this home again in the future.

Great yard to play in

Had some family who live in cape cod visit and we barbecued,played corn hole,and my dogs had fun on Sunday.Overall everything we needed was there to use.we also shopped nearby and visited some great beaches.Downtown dining is minutes away.My husband and I loved the house and will definitely return next time we go to the cape!

Great Stay

House was more spacious then expected. Had literally everything you would need. Great fenced in yard and our pups favorite part! Convenient location. We loved how close it was to Main St and all beaches. Beach pass was a huge plus! The neighborhood was quiet as well. Would recommend! Joy was great to work with. Thank you!

Home away from Home

Joy provided all the comforts we just had to pack our stuff and relax she was so easy to deal with and so accommodating. The beach pass is such a great bonus as well! Already looking forward to going back !!!

Wonderful Cape getaway

I stayed here for a week with my mom and pups and we had a terrific time! The house was very charming and clean. It also had a nice backyard that was fully fenced in (esp great with dogs). Location-wise was convenient- very short drive to Main Street Hyannis. Property manager was also easy to work with & helpful! Thanks for a great stay!
