Come unwind in our roomy abode after a day of adventuring in the charming seaside town of Edmonds. Tucked into a quiet neighborhood, our 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom house provides plenty of space for the whole family to relax.
The recently updated open concept floor plan bathes the living and dining areas in natural light. Curl up with a book on the cozy window bench or gather around the dining table that seats 6 after preparing a meal in the well-appointed kitchen. New stainless steel appliances and granite countertops add modern touches.
When it's time to turn in for the night, the bedrooms offer sanctuary. The master suite provides an en-suite bathroom with dual sinks and a walk-in shower. The two additional ample bedrooms share a fully updated full bath with a bathtub.
Just beyond the sliding glass doors off the kitchen, the fully fenced backyard beckons. Let the kids and the puppy burn off energy in the backyard while you fire up delicious meals in the kitchen and breathe in the fresh air. A patio with seating creates the perfect spot for alfresco dining on warmer evenings.
With downtown Edmonds only 10 minutes away, it's easy to enjoy local restaurants, independent shops, the farmer's market, and waterfront parks. Several grocery stores, movie theater, and other conveniences are equally close. Our home offers the best of both worlds - a tranquil retreat near all the activities and relaxation that our wonderful home has to offer!
