We are happy to know you enjoyed the layout as well as the amenities such as the stocked kitchen, washer and dryer, hot tub, ping pong table, high chair, and the community pool with the water slide. We’re sorry to hear about your concerns regarding the exterior signage and sense of security. The “for sale” sign is managed by the owner and unfortunately outside of our control, though we do understand how that could feel. The lockbox is in place strictly for emergency access, such as guest/team lockouts, and is not used during normal operations. We also want to note we did not receive any concerns from your group at the time regarding entry, and would have been happy to clarify how access is handled and address any worries in real time😁 Regarding the spa maintenance message, this is sent through an automated system for routine service notifications, and we do apologize for the timing and any confusion it caused during your stay.
