Great location close to SFA and to all the Restaurants downtown went to see a play it was perfect its a must stay when in Nacogdoches.

The property was a beautifully remodeled home with all modern amenities. It was CLEAN which is my biggest pet peeve when using VRBO's. There was plenty of room for my entire family and trundles available for extra sleeping space. The neighborhood is going through some updates, and we had absolutely no issues and felt safe during our stay. Check in and out was smooth and easy. We will certainly book here again.

Great stay in Nac!

This home was a great stay for our family, including elderly grandparents, while we were in town for the weekend to watch the Lumberjacks Beach Volleyball Tournament. We will definitely consider booking another stay in the future.

House was very nice. Could use some instructions for checking out- no information available in the home. Communication was not good. Were told we could check in early if house was available but they didn’t unlock the door even though house was empty. Could not talk to owner just computer responses.

This is a very nice property with everything you need. Very quiet neighborhood and just a stones throw from the campus and all the restaurants on North Street. Very well kept with very comfortable beds! Thank you for having us.

Pleasant stay

Nacogdoches is a charming little town. We had a pleasant stay for the 4th of July holiday. The home was clean, spacious and accommodating for our large family. We have 3 adults, 2 teenagers, 2 children, and one toddler. The host was quick to respond to any request s or questions we had. This is a great place to stay and if you get a chance, take a walk on the trails!

The home was beautiful and comfortable. We were celebrating an early Thanksgiving dinner with our son and his wife since they couldn’t get off for the holiday. The kitchen was perfect for cooking. Alll high quality appliances and a spacious work environment. The bedding was very comfortable and the host was very responsive when we had a question We will definitely consider this again for future visits.

House is very updated, had a couple of issues that the property manager helped to resolve with the best of availability. We enjoyed our fun weekend in Nacogdoches!

Nice place very close to SFA

Host was very available and proactive in communication. We would stay there again. Pros: +spacious +proximity to the university and downtown +updated bathrooms/appliances +2 of the 3 bedrooms have their own AC Cons: -Road noise from front BR (street is fairly busy) -Limited ceiling fans
