Came down for the blueberry festival and this location was prefect, on top of that the place was immaculate

Great Location

This is a great location and plenty of space in the VRBO. Walking distance to The Fredonia, Fredonia Brewery, Red House Winery and all downtown shops. Johnny was very responsive as questions came up throughout the stay.

Very cool place!

This location and loft above the store is very unique and reasonably priced unit. Everything was clean and we loved the brick walls! Also great location, would definitely stay there again.

I absolutely loved the space as a single mom there to drop my daughter off for College PERFECT location lots of walking and NO “privacy” according to my daughter it’s an Open Loft and NOT an issue as a Couple but if you brought Kiddos with you Good luck sleeping.

Wonderful location and

A fantastic location and a very nice place to stay in downtown Nacogdoches. The loft was spacious ad very nice, the hosts were responsive and very helpful. It made for a great weekend and I highly recommend to anyone who wants to enjoy a visit to Nacogdoches.

Fantastic location wonderful accommodations

Went for college graduation. Excellent location for shopping, dining and socializing. Loved the couch!!! Would highly recommend.

This place is a hidden Gem!!

I was in town for business and stayed here. It was perfect for the lone traveler. Would also be perfect for a couple looking for a relaxing getaway. They have put a lot of thought and detail into making this place extremely comfortable!! I can’t wait to stay here again on my next trip to Nacogdoches!!

All around great stay and fantastic location

We needed a place to stay for Graduation Weekend for our daughter attending SFA. This loft suite was perfect! It was spacious, well kept, and fun to stay in. The location in Downtown Nac was perfect for us, and within walking distance to many of the restaurants and venues on our itinerary. Many thanks to our host!

Great way to see Nacogdoches!

Loved being on the square in Nacogdoches. We took a mother daugter trip to visit SFA. We were close to all the great shops, restaurants and SFA. The flat has a ton of charm. Very comfy!

SFA Check in

Move in weekend at SFA and we had a wonderful time. Right in downtown with access to many of the best restaurants and shopping in the city. Johnny is a great host and we really enjoyed our stay. I highly recommend

Lofty Accommodations

We had a great stay in this loft apartment. Great room and Tv is awesome to watch a movie. Comfy bed and pillows. Shower and restrooms were accommodating. Kitchen and appliances are quality. Location is perfect in downtown Nacogdoches.

Perfect Location

We are four women in our 60’s. The rental was well appointed, beautiful, safe and clean! Thoughtful, light breakfast. Owner so easy to communicate with. We are planning other get togethers there!

Beautiful place - tons of space!

We came to Nacogdoches to visit our son who attends SFASU. This property is located in the historic downtown and just a few minutes drive from the university. The property is clean, beautifully furnished and very comfortable. The owner was exceedingly easy to contact and very helpful. 5 stars! Will stay here again next time we are back.

Golf Trip

Everything was great. The only thing I would add is, we couldn’t find any paper towels for the kitchen. Other then that, everything was great.
