To address some of your concerns: the stairway is a shared building space and not part of the private unit. Recent winter weather had impacted those common areas during your stay, and this has since been addressed. The unit was professionally cleaned prior to arrival. Each bathroom is stocked with additional toilet paper under the sink, and we were happy to assist but did not receive any follow-up after sharing those details. The beds are standard king and queen beds with full frames, as shown in the listing photos. We remained responsive throughout your stay and were glad to accommodate a complimentary early check-in at your request. The fee referenced was travel protection selected through Vrbo, which is disclosed as non-refundable at booking and not imposed or collected by us. Vrbo also offers a refundable coverage option, though that was not selected for this reservation. We wish you all the best in your future travels.
