To me a comfy bed and cleanliness is the most important thing and this home was SPOTLESS! Beautifully cleaned and well maintained. We enjoyed a walk along the river right out the back door. I do hope to be able to return someday.

This cute VRBO right (literally right outside of) Rockford is fabulous. Very clean and comfy beds, with a nice big, renovated kitchen and big dining room table. I stayed here with my aunt for a Pickeball tournament in Grand Rapids but we ended up spending just as much time in Rockford because of how wonderful the VRBO and surrounding town were. There is room in the driveway to park up to three cars and check/check out in smooth and easy.

The rental was very clean and kitchen had everything we needed. We appreciated the extra space in the second bedroom and additional bathroom.

Thanksgiving Visit

We stayed on our Thanksgiving visit from Florida. Loved the location and being close to downtown Rockford. Loved having a full kitchen to help prepare food for Thanksgiving. Perfect size for our small family. Will definitely stay again.

Nice, newly finished place. Bright and comfortable. Very close to everything in Rockford. Get to the river or downtown in minutes.

Property was spotless and super close to downtown. The rooms were comfortable however there was not a hairdryer as specified (not a huge deal but I didn’t pack one so it was inconvenient) and if you have a strong aversion to the smell of cat the plants outside will affect you. I went and bought air fresheners to help.

Property was ideally located, easy 5 minute walk to downtown Rockford via road or scenic river walkway accessible from right behind the property. It was also an easy drive to LMCU Park for an evening ball game and convenient to northern Kent County to visit family as well as Deer Track Junction which our grandkids love. Everything was as described, the property was clean and comfortable and everything was in working order. The only thing that could have been better is there is a nice large deck attached but we couldn’t enjoy it as there was no furniture out to sit on. Other than that we enjoyed our stay.

The Perfect Place!

Stayed here with my three kids during our visit to Rockford. It was PERFECT. Adorable house, great location AND a playground pretty much in the backyard. I would happily move in if I could. Plan to make this my new "go to" when visiting our MI family.

Perfect location

Everything is remodeled in this cozy home located right in the heart of Rockford. Heated bathroom floor, gorgeous deck - right on the path to downtown. I walked to get my dinner every night. Ran in the early morning hours. You can’t beat this location.

Very comfortable. Bathroom exceptional as was king size bed. Adult daughter used bunk bed. Traffic a bit heavy.

Rockford duplex

The facility itself was great. But the listing should have made note of the heavy traffic which passes by the house front. Additionally the people in the other part of the duplex had a dog which barked constantly when we were in the house and they left. It wasn't constant because we were gone often. But it should be made known.
