Centrally located in South Maui, the least rainy part of Maui, in a walkable neighborhood: 3 mins walk to Charley Young Beach, 5 mins walk to restaurants, 9 mins walk to The Cove, Maui Magazine’s “Best Surfing Beach in Maui for Beginners”. Hop into an Uber at OGG airport, and you're here in 20 mins.

Whether you're a couple on a romantic vacation, a family with kids, or a remote worker, the condo, with 1 bedroom and separate living room, has been thoughtfully designed for your comfort. Highlights:

- Remote-work friendly: fast internet and separate workspaces so 2 people can take meetings at the same time.
- Lanai (balcony) faces north-west, great for sunset-watching.

- Self-check-in anytime, even late at night. Condo complex is well-lit and parking is readily available.

Sleeping arrangements: queen bed in bedroom, queen sleeper couch in living room, tri-fold twin mattress that can be placed on living room floor.

Our favorite part about this condo is how everything you need is walking distance - coffee, restaurants, groceries, beaches, surfing, snorkeling! You are welcome to enjoy the condo complex's shared amenities, such as 6 tennis/pickleball courts, 3 pools (including 1 saltwater pool), and 3 BBQ areas.

A few more things to consider before booking:
- Although the condo does not face the busy S Kihei road or noisy pools, it gets occasional car noise. This is mitigated by the condo being on a high floor (3rd floor).
- No smoking or pets.
- Hawaii and Maui GET and TAT taxes of 18.712% are included in your total payment amount to VRBO. We do not collect any additional taxes, fees, or deposits. Free parking is included for 1 car.
- After you book, your name and phone number on your VRBO account will be provided to the condo complex for registration.
- There is a Ring doorbell camera on the condo front door, facing outside. The condo complex has security cameras in public spaces, such as by the office, the elevator, and by condo complex shared amenities.
