Situated on the 2nd floor, this property features 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and accommodates up to 8 guests. Relax in the beautifully furnished living room with a queen sleep sofa or unwind in any of the well-appointed bedrooms: a King bed in Bedroom 1, a queen bed in Bedroom 2, and two twin beds in bedroom 3. Each bedroom and the living room are equipped with TVs for your entertainment. Stay cool with central AC, enjoy the convenience of a washer and dryer, and whip up delicious meals in the fully equipped kitchen featuring a coffee pot, blender and all the essentials. Step out onto the private balcony to take in breathtaking bayfront views or take a dip in the outdoor pool. With high-speed internet and elevator access, your stay will be as convenient as it is relaxing. The building has an elevator and there are two assigned parking spots, one covered and one uncovered. The covered spot has a clearance of 6'6". Condo is a short walk to some of the best restaurants and bars in town: Seacrets, Fagers Island, Mackys, Alley Oops, Tequila Frogs and 45th St. Taphouse to name a few.
** Linens not provided. Property comes with comforters/blankets and pillows. You will need to bring sheets, towels and pillowcases as linens are not provided but an optional linen package is available to be rented. A complete linen set includes sheets and pillowcases for each bed and a towel set for each occupant. You can add this option after you make your reservation if you choose to do so. A complete linen package is $137.75. Guests must supply all soaps and paper products.

*Sorry, no rentals to groups under the age of 25 and no Senior Week groups. Parents are not allowed to rent on behalf of children under the age of 25 and there are no exceptions to this rule.
*For the comfort of all guests, this is a non-smoking property. This includes E-cigs, vaping devices and medical marijuana. Smoking is only permitted in designated outdoor areas, if available.
* No pets are allowed at this condo, sorry. This includes emotional support animals.
Guests are responsible for ensuring compliance by all members of their party, and by booking, you acknowledge and agree to abide by this these terms. Any violation of the above policies may result in eviction, loss of rent paid and an additional charge of $500.
