The location was good for what we were doing. Definitely hope no one needs to get in touch with the property manager. I had reached out a few times prior to the weekend including the day of and checking out. Nothing. If you're on the bottom floor you hear everything from the hot tub to their rm.

My apologies. I have been having lots of difficulty getting notification tones since the update. I’m not sure how guest would hear noise from the hot tub room as it’s fully bricked but if guest leave the door open I guess you would hear noise. As far as upstairs, yes some guest are heavy footed & I can’t think of a thing to do about that. I’m truly glad you stayed & hope that if you come back you’ll have a more pleasing experience.

This is the BEST place to visit in Nashville!! My wife and I had a wonderful time. We will be back again!! The time and care that has been put into this place to give us, the travelers a wonderful experience does not go unnoticed or unappreciated. Kudos to the Host. Extremely disappointed with our stay. The pictures definitely sell this place, because the reality did not live up to them at all. We also did not get access to the hot tub, which was one of the main amenities we were expecting and part of the reason we booked.The address listed is misleading as well, the property is actually located behind the listed address, and the surrounding neighborhood was terrible and nothing like we expected from the listing.The dolls also desperately need to be replaced, they’re a little beat up. For the amount of money we paid, this place was absolutely not worth it. Between the misleading pictures and location, not having access to the hot tub, and the condition of the amenities, I definitely would not recommend staying here.

Ouch! I’m not sure what dolls you refer to as I don’t have any but I do agree it can be a bit hard to find if you’d follow the quick tips I provide in messenger. The area is up & coming which I do mention in the listing but that’s just one of those to each its own things you know. The property & surrounding properties are brand new & worth million dollars so hopefully that stands for something. The hot tub is by reservation only as stated in two places within the listing so I’m terribly sorry it wasn’t available during your stay. I have since switched my wording in the listing asking guest to please ask 1st if it’s your sole reason for booking so that I may be able to check the calendar for you. ☺️

This place is the BEST. My fiamce and I had a ball and she had a gag too. Hapoy stay and the hosts have thought of everything. As a fellow host I give her kudos for the small things. Chargers, q-tips, coffe pods. The inky comment I have for other guests is that it’s a little tricky to find (not a bad thing when you don’t want to be found lol). And the host will guide you right into the alley and inside of gated parking

This place is absolutely perfect for a mom and dad get away! lol we stayed after a kevin hart show and honestly i wish id skipped getting the tickets and just had a full night here! Definitely will be booking again.

Had planned on booking at a sooner date but sadly was unable to due to communication. We checked that evening April 27 and checked 28. The room was pretty cool, except the leaking problem. We weren't able to enjoy the room from have to dry the water coming from the bottom of the trim and from the closet. The closet had mold growing at the bottom. I think the only thing we got to experience was the shower. But no comm

This review & your communication was incredibly helpful. Although we were only able to remedy the issues at the end of your stay it was a huge help being able to find out this was only happening during immense rain which explained to us that we has a drainage issue going on outside after the city forced the builder to do some work that failed to pass codes. I know it must have a taken a toll on your short stay & I hope you were happy with what I provided you with as a makeup.
