600 FEET TO THE BEACH! “Georgia Sand” is a 2BD/2BA coastal home located in Ocean View Cottages, and sleeps 8 guests. This small, quiet neighborhood features a community pool, and is conveniently located near the beach, shops and restaurants. This home is pet friendly and welcomes your furry friends (up to 2 dogs, pet fee applies)!

Night Minimum: 3 night minimum

Property Description: As you enter Georgia Sand you'll be greeted with an open concept living/dining kitchen area with tile flooring throughout. The living area features a 58” smart tv and a queen sofa bed. The master suite features a king bed, smart tv, and the master bathroom features a custom tile shower with glass doors. The guest bedroom has a queen over queen bunk bed and a smart tv. The guest bathroom has a tub/shower combo with glass doors. A washer and dryer is available to use during your stay.

Pet Friendly: This home is pet-friendly, and allows up to 2 dogs. If you choose to bring a pet, a charge of $140 will be added to your reservation after you book.

This small, family-friendly community, nestled between St. Joe Beach and Panama City Beach, offers gorgeous sunrises and sunsets filled with long, relaxing days on its beautiful, uncrowded beach.

Mexico Beach includes stores and restaurants that are less than a 10-minute walk. Start your day enjoying a specialty coffee and delicious breakfast at Caribbean Coffee, enjoy lunch at the ever-popular Killer Seafood or Mango Marleys, do some shopping in the unique, locally-owned shops, and take some time to pamper yourself at the White Sands Salon & Boutique. In nearby Port St. Joe, venture out to enjoy shopping, galleries, entertainment, and restaurants. Less than five minutes away is St Joe Beach where pets and bonfires are welcome! For the fishing enthusiast, book your family on a fishing charter day trip out on the water to catch your dinner.

Linens/Supplies: All bed and bath linens are supplied as well as all cookware, dinnerware and glassware in the kitchen. A few essential items are provided upon arrival: Dawn dishwashing soap, one sponge, two dishwasher pods, one garbage bag, one roll of paper towels, one roll of toilet tissue per bathroom, two individual/small bars of soap per bathroom, one laundry powder and one fabric softener.

Beach Gear: Some of our properties have beach gear onsite (chairs, umbrellas, toys, etc.); however, there is no guarantee as these items come and go throughout the year.

Age Requirement: Minimum age limit to rent this home is 25 years old.

Security cameras: The exterior of this property is secured by video cameras.

Credit card fee: All payments processed are subject to a 3.25% credit card processing fee.

Rental Agreement: A signed Rental Agreement is required upon booking.

Monthly Rental: SNOWBIRDS WELCOME! Monthly rental rates are available during the winter season. Please send a message to the property manager if you are interested.

Cancellation Policy: We strongly encourage our guests to purchase the optional travel insurance to protect your vacation investment. All reservations include an administrative fee of $35 (plus taxes) upon booking which is non-refundable in the event of a reservation cancellation. Credit cards processing fees will be charged upon cancellation which is equal to 3.25% of all payments made.

Reservations canceled at least 60 days before check-in date will receive a 100% refund, minus cancellation fees. Reservations canceled between 30 to 60 days before check-in date will receive a 50% refund, minus cancellation fees. Reservations canceled less than 30 days before check-in date will result in forfeiture of the full advance rental payments and any other payments.
